The bottom line – making millions is one thing, managing them is another entirely and the skillsets required to manage them may fall out of your immediate per-view so build a team to support you.
These roles don’t get filled overnight and when it’s important to add one varies so I will do a full-length episode on this in the future. For now, affirm with me:

These Minutes are quick but powerful episodes that will help you to stay focused on moving closer to generating millions in your business each and every week. I want you to keep in mind that making the Move to Millions, not 1 million, but multiple millions, is about consistent and decisive action, amongst other things. Still financial Literacy Month and we are so excited for all of the financial information, the confidence that has come your way through this month’s episodes on the show. And this week we’re going to keep the financial literacy conversation going as we talk about your millions mob. That’s my way of talking about your money team, your money crew, your money squad, whatever you happen to call them. That is what we’re getting in this week. Your financial management team that is going to help to make sure that you make first and foremost, then keep investing.

Eventually will leave millions of dollars. Let’s jump into this week’s Move to Millions minute, Million Dollar CEO affirmation. I am a steward of my financial destiny, equipped with the knowledge and wisdom to manage myself with grace and ease. As a Million Dollar CEO, I surround myself with a dedicated team of financial experts who share my vision and tirelessly work for our collective success. Again, that’s just my way of talking about your money team. So I’m going to talk to you today really briefly about the ten people that should be on your millions mob. Now, I will end up doing a full length episode on this because I want to be able to go deep into each of these positions, but in order to keep this the Move to Millions minute, I’m just going to list them all for you now. Number one, bookkeeper. Number two, CPA. Number three, virtual CFO once you cross the Million Dollar mark. Number four, business coach or consultant. Number five, tax strategist or tax attorney.

Number six, estate planning attorney number seven, IP attorney. Number eight, certified financial planner or wealth advisor, who should also be able to offer you insurance advisement. Number nine, a realtor, if you expect to invest in real estate. And number ten, a personal and business banker. The bottom line is that making millions is one thing, but managing them is another thing entirely. And the skill sets that are required to manage them so that you’re able to watch your money grow, they vary and you want to make sure that you have people, especially if it’s not in your immediate purview. So you want to build the team that you need to be able to support you. These ten positions need to be filled.

Now. These roles do not get filled overnight. And when it’s important to add one will vary based on some conditions that I don’t actually have right now about where you are in your business and what’s going on in your business. So I’m going to actually do a full length episode on this in the very near future where I’ll break each of those down and tell you where you need to be based on where you are right now. And we’ll look at it based on the Move to Millions continuum, which will make it really cool so that you’ll know if you’re mapping who you should have versus if you are Maverick, who you should have on your millions mob. Now, I want you to affirm with me right now one more time so we can round out this Move to Millions minute.
