Ep 433 – Money Is Mental: Why Your Beliefs Are Making Your Financial Decisions
This is the 1st part of the Spiritual Laws of Money and Wealth Series
This episode is powered by The Ascension Archetype Quiz.
Your money problems may not begin in your bank account. They may begin with the decisions you're making before the money ever moves. You can have a profitable offer, a proven sales process, a sound business strategy, and clients ready to invest, yet still talk yourself out of thousands of dollars because something inside you doesn't feel safe receiving the full amount. You can experience your biggest revenue month and immediately begin making decisions that pull you backward because the success you've been praying for feels unfamiliar when it finally arrives. And while you're blaming the economy, your marketing, or the algorithm, you may be overlooking the beliefs that are quietly influencing how you price, sell, spend, receive, and steward money. In this first episode of my new series, The Spiritual Laws That Govern Money and Wealth, we're getting into the Law of Vibration and the Law of Polarity, and I'm showing you why the financial decisions you make under pressure may be costing you more than the strategy you're trying to fix.
This episode is powered by The Ascension Archetype Quiz. You can have the right business strategy and still make financial decisions that undermine the very wealth you're trying to build. And if you've ever discounted your prices before a prospect even objected, watched a record-breaking revenue month disappear, or abandoned a strategy the moment money felt uncertain, you already know how expensive those decisions can become. In part one of The Spiritual Laws That Govern Money and Wealth, we're exploring the Law of Vibration and the Law of Polarity, two spiritual principles that invite you to examine the beliefs, emotional patterns, and perspectives influencing your relationship with money. We're getting into money mindset, financial scarcity, wealth consciousness, CEO decision-making, pricing confidence, and the difference between generating revenue and actually retaining wealth. Because your next financial level may not require another funnel, offer, or launch. It may require you to recognize the internal patterns influencing the financial decisions you're making with the money you already have.
Here’s the truth: your beliefs don't magically control your bank account, but they can influence the decisions that do. And when fear repeatedly participates in those decisions, the financial consequences can become significant.
Grab your Move to Millions Podcast Notebook, a pen and your favorite beverage and listen in to discover:
✔ How to recognize fear-based financial decisions before they cost you
✔ How to use vibration and polarity to shift your money perspective
✔ How to steward money through state, perspective, and intentional action
✔And so much more
This episode is a call to stop treating every financial challenge as a strategy problem. If the same fear keeps showing up in your pricing, spending, selling, and stewardship, changing your marketing won't automatically change the decisions you're making.
This is your invitation to examine what happens inside you before you make your next financial decision. The moment you recognize the difference between responding to financial facts and reacting to financial fear, you create room to choose differently.

Darnyelle: [00:00:00] If fear repeatedly causes you to discount a $10,000 offer down to eight, multiply that decision across 10 clients, 50 clients, 100 clients. These internal patterns can create a very external financial consequence. The beliefs that you hold about money become the decisions that you make with money, and those decisions have dollar signs attached to them
Welcome to the Move to Millions podcast. Each week we explore the intersection of business growth, neuroscience, money and wealth consciousness, leadership, and spiritual alignment so that you can build a business that funds your legacy without fragmenting your life. I'm Dr. Darnyelle, best-selling author and creator of the Move to Millions method.
And if there's one thing I'm clear about, it's that the move to millions is not just about business growth. It is an evolution of who you are and how you lead. And trust me when I tell you that until [00:01:00] you are safe and secure in your relationships with yourself, money, wealth, and success, your move to millions is indeed in jeopardy.
My job is to equip you to become your very own sanctuary for soul and strategy success. This is the Move to Millions podcast. Welcome home.
Before we dive into this week's episode, let me ask you something real quick. If this podcast has ever made you think deeper, shift something in your spirit, or take bold, bankable action in your business, would you do me a favor? Would you take a moment and scroll down and leave us a rating or review?
Listen, that's how we grow this message and get it into the ears of more seven-figure CEOs and seven-figure CEOs in the making. Your words matter. Your support matters. So please take a moment to go ahead, rate, review, and then come right back because this episode is about to [00:02:00] shift everything. You have been trying to grow your money with strategy.
You know what I mean. Better funnels, better offers, better launches, and let's be honest, some of that has indeed worked. But if you are not where you desire to be financially, there more than likely is another reason why your revenue keeps returning to the same ceiling, no matter how hard you innovate or how hard you push.
Here's the thing, strategy is only part of your financial equation. There are other forces, spiritual principles, and energetic frequencies that will ultimately help us to understand how you're relating to money, how you interpret what happens with your money, how safe you feel in the presence of money, especially if you desire to grow your business to seven figures and beyond, and ultimately, the decisions that you are making financially.
And right now, more than likely, without you even realizing, [00:03:00] some of your beliefs about money are reaching into your pricing, your spending, the way that you sell, and your ability to build wealth through the very business that you set up to take you to and beyond the million-dollar mark. Let's change that, shall we?
Now, I want you to hear me very, very clearly. The way that you react and relate to money is about something much deeper, something way more subconscious. Here's what I mean. Your beliefs, your internal state, your brain, your survival brain, and your success brain, and the meaning that you assign to what happens financially inside of your life experience, all of those decisions are being made based on the way that you see yourself and the way that you indeed see money.
And we're gonna get into all of that and so much more in this episode Welcome to a brand new series on the Move to Millions podcast. Earlier this season, we audited the hidden [00:04:00] taxes that were quietly draining you from the inside, and these are the taxes that you would never find on a financial statement.
I hope that you listened to that powerful series. Now we are gonna turn to the money itself. Over the next five episodes, I am going to introduce you to the spiritual laws and principles that influence and can therefore change the way that you understand both money and wealth. Now, these laws and principles are running beneath everything that you do and think pertaining to money, and I need you to understand that they are running whether you believe in them or not.
And the best part about this whole series is that each law that I introduce you to will be directly tied to your money. I'm talking about your pricing, your revenue, how you receive money, how you hold money, how you spend money, what you think about multiplying money, and my absolute personal favorite, stewarding the money.
Okay, let me [00:05:00] be very, very clear. I am not interested in giving you another spiritual concept that sounds real good, real deep, but changes nothing about your bank account. Y'all know me. That's not how I do. I truly want you to shift the way that you relate and react to and around money. So in this episode, we are going to begin with the first two laws that you absolutely need to know and understand, the law of vibration and the law of polarity.
And together, they are going to challenge what you believe about why you keep making some of the financial decisions that you make I want you to grab your helmet and your shoulder pads and anchor in 'cause this is gonna be a good one. You are watching or listening to the Move to Millions podcast. As you know, this podcast is my love letter to business.
Nothing brings [00:06:00] me more joy than to come into your life every single week to combine my love of God and spiritual principles, money and wealth and entrepreneurship in a way that transforms your soul and your strategy. In case you don't know, I am Dr. Darnyelle, award-winning CEO of Incredible One Enterprises and the creator of several powerful business growth systems and frameworks, including The Sanctuary Standard and the Move to Millions method that this powerful podcast is based on.
Over the years, we have been fortunate, since 2021, to help 85 entrepreneurs and small business owners just like you experience their first or next seven-figure year, and trust me when I tell you, we are just getting started. Now, if you are watching us on YouTube, I want you to go ahead and subscribe so that you never miss an episode, and if you are listening on your favorite podcast app, I want you to go ahead and follow the show so that new episodes immediately become [00:07:00] available to you.
Now, this is part one of my newest series, The Spiritual Laws That Govern Money and Wealth, and I wanna use this series to help you to explore the spiritual principles that can deepen the way that you think about and relate to money and wealth. Now, I keep saying relate to money because money, if you ask me, like any human you know and relate to and spend time with, has a relationship with you.
Now, you might have a thin line between love and hate relationship with money, or you might have a make it last forever relationship with money, but no matter what, you have a relationship with money nonetheless. And the truth is, if you want to scale to seven figures sustainably without losing your soul, you're gonna have to understand these principles and you're gonna have to understand how they will help you to look at the way that you have been making financial decisions [00:08:00] That's what this is all about.
That's why I'm so excited about this series. Oh my gosh, it's gonna be so good. Now, I gotta start off by making a confession. I have to keep it all the way real with y'all. I learned all of these spiritual laws and principles the hard way during the very early years of my company. I had just filed for bankruptcy and had gone back to work full-time while I was trying my best to figure out how in the world I was gonna rebuild my life and my livelihood.
So we're talking 2008, 2009, a little bit of 2010. This was long before I experienced my first seven-figure year in 2014. If you've been doing all the right things but still feel like you're carrying more weight than you should, it's not your strategy, it's your pattern. There's a hidden way that you lead that's shaping your money, your success, and your peace, and until you see it, you'll keep working harder than you have to.
The Ascension Archetypes Quiz shows you in just three minutes what's been driving your [00:09:00] business behind the scenes and what needs to shift so that you can finally experience the overflow you're desiring. It's fast, it's free, and it will give you the language for why things feel harder than they should right now.

Your girl has an MBA in [00:10:00] marketing, right? My strategy was sound. My offers were strong. My marketing was working. We were indeed generating leads and booking sales conversations.
We called them discovery calls back in the day. But my revenue kept returning to the same range no matter what I did. And I did what every high achiever in the world does when their revenue stalls. We look at our strategy, right? So what did I do? I added more strategy. I started working more hours, and I created a few more offers.
But eventually, when that still didn't produce the change, I had to begin looking at the person executing the strategy. Now, can I be honest with you? The energy that I carried around money was fear-based. You know what I mean. It was all scarcity. It was all bracing, and that internal state was affecting the decisions I was making in my business, right?
You know how they say scared money don't make money? Well, your girl was so scared that she would lose the money that she had, that she held [00:11:00] onto it for dear life, and it affected every area of my business. For instance, on sales calls, the moment a prospect would hesitate, I would come up with a way to offer them an incentive, i.e.
a discount, before they even asked for a discount or objected to the pricing. I literally, y'all, could take a $10,000 offer and talk myself down to 8,000 with the blink of an eye in the thought that I would get the yes, because the yes would relieve my fear, and I would tell myself foolishly that some money was better than no money Have you been there and done that as well, right?
That is stone-cold scarcity right there. And even as the business began to grow and my revenue began to increase, first to 20 and $30,000 months, then 50 and $60,000 a month, let me just tell you, I did not experience that expansion in revenue as evidence that expansion [00:12:00] consistently was possible for me.
It felt unsafe, so I told myself that there was only a matter of time before the other shoe would indeed drop. So you know what I did, right? I would pull back. I would be inconsistent. I would make decisions that affected the revenue that would follow. It was that start-and-stop energy that impacts so many entrepreneurs that I've witnessed over the years.
And when we can't quite put our fingers on why we do that, we don't know what to do, so we keep trying to push the boulder uphill. Now, that's the distinction that I could not see then. My internal state, what was happening on the inside, was not magically controlling my bank account. It was, however, influencing the woman that was making the financial decisions that did indeed impact my bank account.
But the light at the end of the tunnel was that I started to pay attention to these laws that I'm gonna share with you throughout this series. Now, around this time, I was introduced to several books [00:13:00] that began to change the way that I related to money. Among them were two I'm probably gonna talk about a lot during this series: Deepak Chopra's The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success and A Happy Pocketful of Money by David Cameron Gikandi.
Listen, those two books alone changed my money story and my money vibration. And that brings us to the two laws that we are talking about in this powerful episode. The law of vibration, which helps us to examine the state that we repeatedly bring to money And the law of polarity, which helps us to widen our perspective when one financial reality starts looking like the only reality that is indeed available.
So again, grab your helmet and your shoulder pads, your pen and your paper, and maybe some tissues, 'cause we're about to jump in. All right. So let's start with the law of vibration. Now, at its simplest, the principle says everything carries [00:14:00] energy and exists in a state of vibration. Everything, right? You've heard low vibrational, when we're vibrating low, those of you who are watching this, and high vibrational when we're vibrating high.
And because we are energetic beings that are having a human experience, we have to understand that we are indeed energy. Now, I could go all science-y on you right here, but trust me, you, friend, are an energy field. In fact, everything around you right now is energy. Now, when we apply that principle to money, I want you to think about your internal state that you repeatedly bring to your financial life.
In fact, finish this sentence for me. Real quick, the first thing that pops into your spirit. Money is... Now, what's the first thing that comes up for you? Right? Is it that money is the root of all evil? Is it that There's never enough money? Is it that money is bad? Is it that money [00:15:00] is plentiful? Is it that money is limitless?
Is it that money is the source of contention? Is it that money makes you nervous? What came up first? I want you to think about your thoughts, your emotions, your expectations, and your beliefs because guess what? All of these things are indeed influencing the state of your nervous system. Remember, your nervous system is after homeostasis.
It's after level, normal, baseline, run-of-the-mill, unremarkable. It's looking for normality, and depending upon what you were taught and what you caught about money, that is going to influence the state of your nervous system. If you are like me and you grew up in a family, my earliest memory of money was at the age of two.
My mom and dad were standing at the top of the steps, and they were fighting about, you guessed it, money. I'm at the bottom of the steps. I'm two years old. All I do is I see Mommy and Daddy [00:16:00] yelling and shouting, and arms are flailing. Like, they're not physically fighting at this moment, but they are going off about money.
I'm two years old. I recognize the word money, and I see what's going on with them, and I know this immediately what it creates in me. I don't feel good about money, and every time for many years that I thought about money, I went immediately back to being two years old, watching my mom and dad fight at the top of the steps no less, right?
Like, eventually, my mom pushes my dad, and my dad falls down said steps. So of course, I'm going completely off at this time. Now, the important thing that I want you to understand and remember right here is that your internal state It doesn't stay in your head. I just want you to let that sink in for a second.
It does not stay in your head, right? This is not [00:17:00] just about mindset. This is about something much bigger than mindset, and ultimately, this is what influences your behavior, specifically around money. It is why the work that we do is mind, body, soul, spirit, and strategy. Because alignment amongst all of this is required if you wanna experience a shift in the way that you see yourself and ultimately the way that you see money.
Here's what I mean. So whatever you're thinking about money, especially if it's scarcity, it's gonna influence what you do next, right? So if receiving a significant amount of money feels unsafe or unfamiliar, that internal response will influence how you steward what you have indeed received. Now, you know I love an opportunity to go into what scripture tells us, right?
So scripture in Proverbs 4 and 23 says to guard our [00:18:00] hearts because everything flows out of it. That's a paraphrase of what the scripture says. Hey, I hate to interrupt the goodness that's happening right now in this episode, but I need you to do me a quick favor. If this episode is blessing your life and business right now, will you take a few moments and rate and review the show?
Your words help more millions-minded entrepreneurs find us and step into their next level. All right. Thank you so much. Let's get back into the conversation 'cause we're just getting started. And this is the connection that I really want you to see. I want you to understand that what is happening within you can influence what flows from you.
And you know I'm always doing my research and due diligence in preparing these episodes for y'all. I found a study from 2013 published in Science that found that financial scarcity and preoccupation with money problems impairs cognitive performance. The [00:19:00] researchers found effects comparable in magnitude to roughly 13 IQ points in some of their experiments.
Now, I'm not trying to tell you that fear makes you less intelligent But I do want you to understand that when significant mental bandwidth is consumed by financial scarcity, you more than likely will have fewer cognitive resources available for the very money decisions that you indeed need to make.
Now, this matters when you are pricing, when you are negotiating, when you are making an investment or considering an investment, when you are looking to sell something, when you are hiring people, and when you are deciding whether to hold the strategy or abandon it. Now, to make sure that we're all on the same page, when I talk about elevating your financial vibration, I am not just talking about chanting affirmations until money appears.
I don't even know if that works, to be honest with you. [00:20:00] I am talking about becoming conscious of your internal state and the state specifically that you are engaging with money from making sure that you stay regulated and that you expand your capacity and your baseline for money to become normal so that you get to bring your success brain back into your financial decisions so that your survival brain does not get to make those decisions for you.
And I want you to think about how you feel when you think about money, and I want you to think about how your body feels when you think about money. Now, the goal is to always feel safe and normal around money, like it is no big deal. It's just something that you have no matter what's going on around you.
Now, if you can vibrate at a level that makes that feeling normal, then it will shift the way that money relates to you. Now, to be clear, money is not setting out to stay away from [00:21:00] you, but the way that you act around it and treat it may actually be keeping money away. Now, I said this earlier, I'm gonna run it back.
I always recommend that you think about money like you think about any other relationship that you are in. And I want you to think about those relationships. If you talk bad about the people, if you act crazy around them, if you're always starting fights or keep something going, then that person is probably eventually gonna stop hanging around you.
Well, guess what? The same is true about money. The way that you behave creates a vibration, and that vibration sends a signal, and that signal cues money that it is not welcome. Now, remember, we are energetic beings having a human experience, and money is transactional energy. Again, it is all energy. So that, my friends, is the law of vibration.
Vibrate high, vibrate low. Now, let's talk about the law of polarity. This principle [00:22:00] says that opposites can exist at different degrees and positions on the same continuum. In English, think hot or cold, light and dark, expansion and contraction, scarcity and abundance. Now, here is where this becomes useful with money.
We have a tendency to treat the financial reality that we are currently experiencing as though it is the only reality that is available to us. So when money feels plentiful, we believe in all the possibilities. When money gets tight, suddenly all the possibility evaporates from the room, right? When revenue rises, we trust ourselves.
When revenue falls, we question everybody, including ourself. Now, your survival brain can intensify all of this because it naturally gives greater attention to potential threats Now, a lower revenue month can become something is wrong. Losing a client becomes, "What if I can't replace them?" An unexpected expense becomes, "What if [00:23:00] there's not enough to cover this expense?"
Or, "What happens after this expense is paid?" The circumstances may be real, but the conclusion is not necessarily the whole truth. Now, I love Ephesians 3:1 when we're talking about the law of polarity, because it says that to everything, there is a season, including a time to gain and a time to lose. That is indeed polarity.
The wisdom is not that every gain requires a loss. The wisdom is that no season gets to declare itself permanent. Oof, I hope that just made you feel warm and fuzzy. And this is where I want to correct something that I hear a lot that people are teaching incorrectly about polarity. A lot of people think that more money will mean more of whatever, right?
More responsibility, more fear, more pressure, more sacrifice. But a financial experience that [00:24:00] exceeds what has become familiar for you is just activating a protective response. Now, it's important to understand that there are studies all about this too. I looked into some behavioral economic studies. They help us to understand another piece of this.
There was research on loss aversion that shows that potential losses can weigh more heavily in our decision-making than equivalent gains. So when an opportunity contains both potential gain and potential risk, most people will become disproportionately anchored to the risk instead of looking at the possible gains.
That is when I want you to ask what may become the most important question you think about as you listen to this episode What else is true? Here's what I mean. Revenue is down. What else is true? This contract is bigger than anything that I have had before. What [00:25:00] else is true? This price feels unfamiliar coming out of my mouth.
What else is true? Now, you are not denying the facts. You are refusing to allow one fact to become the entire financial story. And that, my friends, is where your success brain gets to participate again. What are the facts? What are the opportunities? What are the legitimate risks? And what resources do you have?
What would wise stewardship have you do? Those are all questions that I want you asking in consideration of both sides of an equation, right? Because the goal is not to force you toward the positive pole. The goal is to become the kind of leader who can see the whole continuum without being controlled by either end of it.
We'll talk later about the law of detachment, and that will make more sense to you. This financial moment [00:26:00] is information, not identity. Now, you can tell the truth about what is happening without making it the truth about what is possible. Do you see why I wanted to teach the law of vibration along with the law of polarity?
Vibration asks me to examine my internal state that I am bringing to my financial experiences and decisions. And polarity is asking me whether the part of that experience that is receiving my attention has become the whole story. One examines my state, and the other examines my perspective. And here's the thing: neither removes my responsibility to choose.
Now, it's important that you understand that your financial circumstances are indeed just information. Your internal state influences how you interpret that information, and your decisions determine what you are going to do next. Now, I wanna be very, very clear. [00:27:00] Spiritual principles do not eliminate stewardship.
They actually just make you more conscious of how you are stewarding those specific principles and the s- circumstances surrounding them. So when I look back at those fifty and sixty thousand dollar cash months that we were having in the earlier years, this is what I can see now. The money did not create the fear, and the universe did not lower my revenue to match my frequency.
I experienced something financially unfamiliar. My internal state influenced my behavior, and my behavior influenced my decisions, and those decisions have financial consequences. Do you see what I'm saying here? This is why spiritual growth and financial growth cannot be separate. They are not mutually exclusive.
They need to peacefully coexist. Now, personally, I did not have to panic [00:28:00] in contraction or lose myself in expansion. I got to choose and to learn how to remain anchored through both of them. Because becoming wealthy is not simply about reaching a bigger number. It is about becoming the kind of steward who can engage with money consciously once the bigger number arrives without abandoning itself and seeing it as a potential threat.

I hope this now makes much more sense to you, and I wanna make it even more practical by sharing six signs that your internal relationship with money may be influencing your financial decisions.
I want you to listen for the patterns as we go through each of these signs. All right, let's jump in. Sign number one, you keep hitting the same revenue ceiling. You change your offer, you change your funnel, you change your marketing, you change your strategy, but you keep returning to the same financial range We call this your money set point.
It's the place that your body, your nervous system feels safe and normal with [00:30:00] money, and it keeps you in homeostasis so that there are no spikes which would evoke fight or flight or freeze or fawn. Yes, the problem may be a strategy. It might be strategic, but if every new strategy eventually encounters the same beliefs and behaviors, there may be something underneath the strategy that is worth examining.
That's why I keep telling y'all it ain't just strategy, right? Let's talk about AI for a second. AI's been around, you've been using it for two, two and a half years, and you probably still are no closer to making seven figures. So it can't just be the strategy. I'm just saying, right? Now, your history is gonna tell you what you have produced, but it does not tell you everything that you can produce.
Sign number two, money comes in, but you have difficulty keeping it. It literally is burning a hole in your pocket. Now, before you spiritualize that, I want you to examine your margins, your expenses, your taxes, and your cash management, and then I want you to go deeper. [00:31:00] And I want you to ask yourself questions like, do you immediately find somewhere for the extra money to go?
Do you overgive? Does retaining significantly more money feel uncomfortable to you? Does your money burn a hole in your pocket? Are you one of those people who's constantly telling yourself the money is already spent? Remember, what comes out of your mouth comes into your life Now, the question is whether your relationship with money is influencing behaviors that make wealth retention difficult.
Sign number three: you struggle to raise your prices, and even after you finally raise them, you cave when you are questioned about them. You quote $10,000, the prospect pauses, and suddenly you're at eight or seven or five, not because the economics change, but because lowering the price relieved your own discomfort.
Here's what I need you to understand. When this happens, fear is [00:32:00] participating in your pricing decisions, and that emotional pattern has a measurable financial consequence. Sign number four: your emotional state changes the way you generate revenue. When you feel grounded, you sell, you follow up, and you make decisions consistently.
Under financial pressure, however, maybe you discount, you disappear, you abandon the strategy or the launch, or you launch something unnecessary because you need money now. Your emotions do not magically determine your revenue, but they do influence the behaviors that ultimately will indeed produce that revenue.
Sign number five: expansion repeatedly triggers behaviors that pull you backward. The launch, it works. The big contract, it arrives. You are on pace for your biggest month or your biggest year ever, and suddenly you feel the [00:33:00] need to change your behavior. B- you begin to procrastinate. You begin to overcomplicate.
You stop doing what was working. That is when I want you to get curious about whether unfamiliar success is activating a protective response, and I want you to ask yourself, "What else is true?" And sign number six, you keep working harder without producing meaningfully different financial results. I mean more hours, more content, more offers, more launches, but the same exact revenue.
That doesn't prove that you have a spiritual problem, but it does prove that something deserves to be investigated. More than likely, there is something underneath the strategy. But let's be honest, maybe it is strategy. Maybe it is your business model, and maybe you've learned to associate earning more with doing more.
Sometimes the next financial level requires more, but sometimes it requires [00:34:00] different, and sometimes it requires less. Now, as you think about each of these signs, especially if three or more felt familiar, I want you to get very, very curious. Strategy does indeed matter. Yes, your market and your marketing matters.
Absolutely, your business model matters. Execution matters, and the internal state from which you engage with all of those things also matters. These spiritual principles are giving you another lens through which to examine the person who is making the financial decisions. And I want you to understand all of this, and I want you to understand why it matters in dollars and cents Here's what I mean.
If fear repeatedly causes you to discount a $10,000 offer down to eight, multiply that decision across 10 clients, 50 clients, 100 clients. These internal patterns can create a very external financial consequence. The [00:35:00] beliefs that you hold about money become the decisions that you make with money, and those decisions have dollar signs attached to them.
That's all I'm saying. The same is true when you repeatedly abandon strategies, over-deliver, overspend, stop selling, or try to solve every financial problem with more effort. Listen, this is why friction is feedback. If a financial pattern keeps repeating itself, do yourself a favor and investigate it, not because something is wrong and not as proof that the universe is operating against you.
I want you to investigate it as data. Data drives decisions, and those decisions drive your dollars. Once you can see the pattern, you have something that you can indeed change. Now, I wanna make this personal because I believe that these patterns show up differently for every one of us. You know where I'm going with [00:36:00] this.
I'm talking about the Ascension Archetype Quiz. Your Ascension Archetype will help you to recognize how your dominant success pattern may be influencing the way that you earn, the way that you receive, the way that you hold, and the way that you steward money. If you have not taken the free three-minute quiz yet, do yourself a favor, especially 'cause you're gonna keep listening to this show, and I want you to be able to tap in and go to movetomillionsquiz.com and take the quiz.
I can't wait to learn which of the archetypes is yours. You'll either be the Performer, the Producer, the Path Maker, the Powerhouse, or the Prophet. Now, if you are a Performer, I want you to watch the gap between appearing successful and actually building wealth. You may invest in what can be seen while neglecting what cannot.
Your work is to become as intentional about the money no one sees as you are about the success that everyone does If you are a producer, watch the connection between [00:37:00] effort and earning. You may underprice, over-deliver, and respond to financial pressure by producing more. Your work is to separate your value from your volume and stop assuming more work automatically creates more wealth.
If you are a powerhouse, I want you to watch control. When money feels uncertain, you may tighten your grip on the spending, the decisions, and the people around you. But you have to remember that your work is to discern when you are practicing responsible stewardship and when fear is masquerading as responsible financial leadership.
If you are a path maker, I want you to watch constant reinvention. Your brilliance for seeing what is next can become expensive when every new possibility pulls you away from something that has not had enough time to actually compound in your life experience. Remember that your work is to discern between genuine redirection and [00:38:00] avoiding the less exciting work of maturation.
And if you are a prophet, watch the relationship between calling and compensation. You may undercharge or overgive because being highly compensated for sacred work creates discomfort for you. Your work is to release the false binary. Your work can be deeply sacred and highly compensated There are five different archetypes and five potential patterns.
Your archetype does not determine your financial destiny, but it does reveal something that is worth examining. Here's what I want you to understand. Vibration asks you to become conscious of your internal state underneath the pattern. And polarity is asking you to widen your perspective beyond what the pattern has taught you to see.
And stewardship, which is the ultimate goal when it comes to money, asks the most important question: Now that [00:39:00] I can see it, what am I going to choose? Hmm, such a powerful question. Now, I want you to think about all that I've shared with you, and I wanna give you something real and actionable that I'll-- that you can do with what I'm teaching you in this episode.
I have three words for you: state, perspective, stewardship. First, I want you to check your state before you make a financial decision. Before the proposal, before you make an investment, before you have a pricing conversation or any other big financial decision, I want you to breathe, I want you to pray or meditate, and I want you to anchor in and ground so that you are in a normalized homeostasis state.
And then I want you to ask, "Am I responding to what is actually happening, or am I reacting to what I'm afraid might happen?" Regulate first, evaluate second, decide third. Second, [00:40:00] I want you to widen your financial picture. When something activates you financially, ask, "What else is true?" You are not looking for a positive interpretation.
You are looking for the whole picture. What are the facts? What are the possibilities? What are the legitimate risks? And third, steward what you see. Ask yourself, "What does the financial data tell me? What is this pattern revealing, and what would wise stewardship have me do next?" Now, sometimes the answer will be internal Sometimes the answer will be strategic, sometimes the answer will be financial, sometimes the answer will be operational, sometimes it will be spiritual.
Your job is to discern which problem you are actually solving, and vibration is what's going to help you to examine your state, and polarity is what's gonna help you to expand your perspective. Stewardship determines [00:41:00] what it is that you do next. Again, state, perspective, stewardship. This is how you stop allowing an automatic emotional reaction to make financial decisions that your future wealth has to pay for.
And this is deeply connected to all the work that we do inside of Sanctuary because you can understand all of this intellectually and still have established patterns that are influencing what you do in and around money and wealth. You can know that one difficult month does not determine the future of your business and still feel your survival brain reacting when your revenue drops.
You can know that you are qualified to charge way more and still feel something happen internally when it is actually time to give the new price in a sales conversation. That does not mean that your body controls your bank account But hear me when I tell you, your body can control and influence the state [00:42:00] that you are in, which controls your bank account.
Said otherwise, your internal state can influence your perception, your decisions, and your behavior. Inside of Sanctuary Core, we build your capacity to remain grounded enough to steward success without allowing success to fragment your life so that you receive without immediately needing to prove, so that you experience expansion without losing yourself in the expansion and the contraction without making it mean that everything is about to fall apart.
Because again, I tell you, strategy does indeed matter. But let me tell you what matters as much, if not more, the person who's executing the strategy. If you know that there is deeper work that you need to do and you would like to be guided and supported as you do that work, I wanna invite you to learn more about Sanctuary by going to [00:43:00] incredibleoneenterprises.com/sanctuary.
Now, before we close, I wanna be very, very clear because I know some of you have been taught to be suspicious of words like energy and vibration and spiritual laws, especially when they get connected to money. It raises up, you know, your shoulders. You start becoming hypervigilant. You're, you're leaning in, but not in a good way, right?
And frankly, I am not of the disbelief that you shouldn't sometimes let your antennas go up. I'm not telling you that raising your vibration is going to make a deposit in your bank account, and I'm not telling you that every financial setback means that you are spiritually misaligned. And I also am not telling you that faith does not remove the need for strategy, financial literacy, discernment, or stewardship Here's what I'm saying.
A spiritual principle should deepen your stewardship, not replace it. If what you believe about money [00:44:00] removes your responsibility to make wise decisions with money, then that belief is not making you wealthy. Money is never merely mathematical. And remember, money is mental before it's material. There are beliefs underneath our decisions, emotional associations underneath our behaviors, and spiritual convictions underneath how we define wealth, provision, and enough, which is why, again, I say that money is mental before it's material.
Scripture has plenty to say about stewardship, sowing and reaping, wisdom, generosity, contentment, multiplication, and responsibility for what has been entrusted to you. Twenty-three hundred times the Bible talks about money, wealth, or possessions. So when I explore a spiritual law in the series, I'm not asking you to replace scripture with it, and in fact, I'm going to give you scriptural references that speak to [00:45:00] that spiritual law.
God is principle. God operates in principles, and these spiritual laws are principles that come out of God's Word, right? The principles are designed to help you to notice about you, what you believe about money, what you believe that God is saying about money, what has been placed in your hands to steward, right?
I want you to have a full perspective and understanding. You know, one of my favorite scriptures is in Psalm, I think it's Psalm twenty-four and one, "The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof." Everything, everything in the earth comes out of God's creation These spiritual laws are designed to help us to understand how to relate to money.
The reason God talked about money, wealth, and possessions 2,300 times in the Bible, 39% of the parables are about money or wealth, is because it is important enough [00:46:00] that you develop a relationship with it that does not make it your master. It's not what you chase, but you get to experience the abundance that having access to financial resource creates for you.
And that is what I most desire for you, that you get to experience all the wealth, all the abundance. That is your birthright. That is my belief, that that is your birthright. When I read John 10 and 10 and it says, "I sent my son that thou might have life and have it to the full," that is what I hear, that I get to experience all of the abundance, the abundance of money, the abundance of love, the abundance of peace, the abundance of clarity, the abundance of confidence, the abundance of impact and influence, all of the abundance.
Money is only one form of abundance. It is one that gets your attention, gets all of our attention, especially as [00:47:00] entrepreneurs and small business owners, and it is important that we understand how to steward money. I think about in 1 Timothy when Paul is breaking down to Timothy what wealthy people need to understand.
Do not be arrogant and high-minded. Do good deeds and remember the source of your wealth. When we are not arrogant or high-minded, when we do good deeds with our resource and we remember where the resource came from, the Earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof. When we remember that, we can have unlimited bounty, and that, my friend, is what money is.
Money is superfluous. There is no limit to it, and if there is a limit to it in your life experience, then we need to examine what is happening beneath your life experience. What is running behind the scenes subconsciously when you are not paying attention, right? We know that the average human has 60,000 thoughts a day.
57,000 of those thoughts are [00:48:00] subconscious. They are happening without your knowledge. Only 3,000 of them are conscious. So we have got to do the work to understand these laws so that we can consciously make choices that allows us to experience the abundance of money that we are desiring inside of our life experience.
That is my desire for you. That is what I want you to get and understand, right? So the goal is not that you discover a secret spiritual formula that makes you rich. The goal is that you become the kind of steward who can build, receive, hold, multiply, and deploy wealth without losing yourself in the process Take a deep breath in for me.
