I love making it. I love spending it. I love saving it. I love investing it. I love talking about it. I want to talk about money so much that I first make you uncomfortable and then you decide. Remember, on tv shows or cartoons we used to say, if you can’t beat them. Join them.

I hope that you say, you know what? I can’t beat Darnyelle with all this talk about money that she does. So let me just join her. Let me start talking about it, because here is what I know. When you normalize access to money, when you normalize your energy around money, then money normalizes around you, baby. It’s going to come up in your life experience frequently when you talk about it and you’re not afraid of it. And if you’re around people who don’t like you to talk about money, you might need to stop spending time with them or at least get you some people that give you the space to talk about it. That’s why I love my work. That’s why I love our event Move to millions and God girls making millions, because I get to have conversations about money, and I get to demystify who we are and what we believe about money. Because here’s the thing, right? Everybody who listens to this podcast doesn’t look like me. I know that for those of you who do look like me, for those of you who are African Americans or african descendants who came to the United States or whichever origin of company, you went there not by your own volition. You went there because your people were taken. We were literally property. We were money. So when I say abundance was implied at creation, what I mean is you are abundant. And so talking about it, removing the stigma of it, is how we normalize it.

So it starts to show up for you. So I love that. So you’re going to hear me talk about money all the time on this podcast. I love talking about it. And for those of you who question, or you clutched your pearls, because you think about that Timothy scripture, that the love of money is the root of all evil, let me just correct you real quick. What the scripture is really saying is that extreme greed is the root of all evil. The Bible was written in three languages. English was not one of those languages.

And so avarice is the word that is translated loosely and incorrectly into the love of money. What it really means is extreme greed. And let me tell you, I’m one of the least greedy people. You know, I am so benevolent. I, at ten years old, declared that I was going to be a philanthropist, that I wanted to be able to give money away. And you know, the more you give, the more you have, right? That’s the way it works. That’s why the Oprah’s and the Tyler Perry’s and the Bill Gates of the world have so much because they’re constantly giving. These are the things I want to break down to you.

And no, the move to millions is not just about money. But let’s be clear. Money gives you options and it allows you to change the lives of those you love and those you care about. And it’s going to be impossible to do that. You cannot be the change if you don’t have any. So you will hear me talking about money. And when you’re not hearing me talk about money or you’re not hearing me talk about business, I might be going deep in Bible study or talking about spiritual principles because I want to make his name famous. That is really the only mission and outcome that I have.

And I do all of that through my work. And so I am the CEO of incredible one enterprises. We are a business transformation company and we transform entrepreneurs and small business owners into ceos who make, move and leave millions. I am the writer of an amazing book, move to millions. The proven framework to become a million dollar CEO with grace and ease instead of hustling grind. The book is part memoir. I tell all my business. It’s so funny because I have clients who have worked with me for ten years who did not know some of the stories that I share about myself in the book.

What I loved about writing the book is it allowed me to go back and it allowed me to, in retrospect, think about many of the things that I’ve been through. And so it’s such a powerful book, sharing my story and it also shares my methodology. I put the whole thing in it. I did it on purpose. But this is the year of anchored Ascension. So you all know what that means. I’m going deeper. So you’re going to hear me share on several episodes this season many of the concepts that I introduce you to in the book. We are going to the next level in them. We are going deeper. And this episode is another episode. When we’re doing that, we’re going to talk about the move to millions continuum 2.0.

So I want to talk to you about how we are deepening the continuum that we first mentioned in the book. So the continuum are the phases of growth on the move to millions. That’s the whole point of creating it so that you, as an entrepreneur, small business owner who’s tracking your money milestones can know when you get to the next milestone. So when I conceptualize the move to millions continuum, I did so thinking about $100,000. So I believe that seven figures is the new six figures. You all remember when we were trying to get to six figures, when we were thinking about Heath Cliff and Claire Huxtable and how they were both earning six figures and how much fun their family had, which was such a foreign concept to many of us and how we were raised right. And even today, when we look at the statistics around small business, roughly 88% of them never make six figures a year. And you know, if you’ve been here for a while that I believe that a low six figure business is small business poverty.

You cannot be the change when you don’t have any. And you cannot live the abundant life that God sent his son for when you are making low six figures a year. It’s the truth. It’s the truth.

And so when I think about six figures, $100,000, I wanted to start playing this game with clients, and that’s how the move to millions continuum was born. I didn’t even share that in the book. And so what the continuum is, is about how you can collapse time and reduce the amount of time it takes for you to hit the next $100,000 milestone.

In the book, we talk about five levels in the continuum. I’m going to introduce you to a six, because this is 2.0. And then we’re going to walk through where you are and what you’ll need to change based on which one is the level for you, right? So in the book, we talk about momentum, which is $100,000 a year, mastery, which is $100,000 a quarter millions, which is $100,000 a month. Majesty, which is $100,000 a week, and monumental, which is $100,000 a day. We’re going to add in because some of you are like, darn yell, but I’m not at six figures yet. What about me? Can I, too, be on the move to millions? I don’t believe you have a business until your business is making at least six figures. I’m sorry, but it’s just what I believe. I believe up until that point, you are trying to figure it out.

You’re trying to find your groove. I believe you can oops your way to six figures, but you have to scale intentionally to seven. But I wanted to still do something for those of you who are literally not at six figures yet. And so we’re introducing a 6th level in the continuum for the purposes of this podcast and our body of work going forward, just so that you can understand your starting point. And that is mapping. Mapping is when you are making less than $100,000 a year. So now the 2.0 version of the continuum is mapping momentum, mastery, millions, majesty, and monumental. So we go from less than $100,000 a year to $100,000 a day.

It’s all about collapsing time. And how long does it take for you to collapse time to get to the next level? So that first tier mapping, this is who you are if you’re mapping, right? So you can look at it from the money standpoint, right? You’re not making $100,000 a year yet. It means you’re not even really a business quite yet. You’re pre revenue or you’re doing a lot of work for free or for exposure. Nothing wrong with it. We all had to start there. You’re still trying to get the courage to tell people about the problem that you solve and who you solve that problem for. You’re trying to find your voice, trying to get into a groove of business.

You are likely a former employee and maybe not working in a business, maybe working in a school or in an environment where concepts of business are not tossed around every single day. And so it’s challenging for you to think in that way. And you also have no clue how to price yourself. No clue how to price yourself. So you’re struggling. And that’s part of the reason why you haven’t made $100,000 a year yet. You likely spend time in limiting beliefs and self sabotage and overwhelm and doubt and worry and fear and all of those emotions that keep you from actually making money happen. And the second tier, the second phase is momentum.

Momentum. You are making $100,000 a year. Congratulations. It’s a big deal to hit this milestone. This is the first milestone, right? This is how you know you have a business. Because you had $100,000.06 figures worth of people invest in themselves through your product or service. This is where the game starts to get good. You all at momentum, but the problem is you are the business.

You are doing way too much with way too many offers. Meaning you’re hustling. You’re Just keep putting Things out there to try to make money. You’re like, I’m going to make a buck no matter what. And you’re doing whatever you have to do to make a buck. I honor that intensity. I honor that tenacity. But there is a better way.

You are likely experiencing some feasts or famine in your business because when you get burnt out and tired, the money stops flowing. You lack key business growth systems. You’re spending 80% or more of your time in the business day to day. And all the time you spend in it prevents you to working on it so that you can actually grow it. Which likely also means you are the bottleneck in your business. That’s momentum. That’s where you are. If you are on this Tier in the continuum.

The third tier is mastery. This is the third phase of growth in business mastery, and that is $100,000 a quarter. That means your business is doing around $400,000 a year. This is awesome. Now growth is happening, but it hurts. You have a lot of growing pains. You keep breaking your business. You’re running likely too many offers, too many programs.

Remember, you only need one to make the move to millions. When things get stale, what do you do? You create a new program, create a new offer. You know that saying, you can’t chase two rabbits and expect to catch either one. This is why you cannot catch the four or five or seven. For those of you who have bought into this seven income streams myth, now don’t get me wrong. There is a time and a place for seven income streams. But you build one at a time. You get one stream up and going and doing well, and then you add the next stream.

That’s the way it works. You are spending still too much time in the business. You’re tired. And the money that you’re making isn’t compensating for the fact that you’re tired. You’re burnt out. You need some self care. You still have some cash flow challenges because the way you solve problems is throwing money at it, because you’re actually making good money in your business. You’ve got a huge overhead.

You’re paying a lot of people to do things for you instead of streamlining and leaning out your team. And you’re starting to hire, but you’re hiring the wrong people and that is impacting your results. The fourth tier, the fourth phase of growth is millions. Millions means that you have successfully gotten to the point where you are making more than what most people make in a year, in a month. $100,000 months. The holy grail a lot of people think is 100k months. And don’t get me wrong, 100k month is amazing. But you know what’s better than 100k month? One hundred k week or one hundred k day? Okay, one hundred K an hour.

Let’s talk about you. If you’re at millions, millions means money is not your problem. Leadership and team are. It’s becoming increasingly hard for you to do what you need to do without qualified team members that have the skill sets and understand your vision supporting you on the journey. You have an amazing offer that is doing really well and you recognize the significance of how well that offer is doing for you. It’s a game changer. Now, you’re still the main service provider in your business, in your program. People are still hiring you more often than not at the million dollar mark because you haven’t hired the right people yet, and you’re the only person who can drive strategy and make key decisions.

That means you’re still the bottleneck, even though you’re making $1.2 million a year potentially in your business. Because of this, it’s going to be hard for you to get beyond the first million dollar mark into multiple millions unless you make some powerful changes. The fifth phase is majesty, and this is when you can make $100,000 a week. Now, here’s the thing. Every week doesn’t have to be one hundred k week. I mean, that would be awesome. If it is, that means your business is doing $52 million a year. But you have enough 100k weeks that whenever you decide you can have systems are systematized, right? The team is working well, and you know how to get out there and make money.

I mean, let’s keep it real. $100,000 in a week is really getting ten people to pay you 10,000 or five people to pay you 20,000. So if you have a $20,000 offer, bringing on five new clients in a week is $100,000. That’s one hundred k week. Is this not exciting to you? Oh, I love this. I love the move to billions continuum, and I love this 2.0 version. So at Majesty, when you’re doing one hundred k a week, your systems are pretty good. They’re pretty tight.

You’ll find yourself launching frequently, once, maybe even twice a month. Sometimes you’re launching every single week, but you still have the leaky bucket syndrome because you’re making so much money. You continue to throw money at everything instead of fine tuning. You probably don’t at this point have a financial management team supporting your efforts. But you need to get one, and you need to get one quick. I’m going to do a whole episode on who needs to be on your financial management team, so we’ll get into that. In that episode, you still have to show up in order to earn your payroll, and operating expenses are typically really high. You have a lot of people you’re paying, and you’re still likely the only person who is really driving strategy.

You know what you need? You need leadership and levels within your organization. You need to start hiring some managers and not managers in name, manager in action and vision. That’s what you’re going to need to do at the majesty level. And last but certainly not least, is monumental. Monumental is when you can do $100,000 in a day. Your systems are really tight. Your team is strong. You’re still likely the face of your brand, which is entirely okay.

You know how to make money. You know how to make money. Move. You know how to bring transformation into the lives of people. That is monumental. I feel like we’re going to add $100,000 an hour. I did this. If you remember the episode that I did on the move to millions method on the fly in the moment.

I got a massive download to create a 7th pillar. And guess what? We’re doing it again. We’re going to create a 7th phase of growth for the move to millions continuum 2.0. Now I need another m word, you all. That’s the only way this thing works, right? We’ve got to use m’s in order to be able to make this thing so we’re in real time. Okay, positive m words and let’s see what words come up. You all. This is so good. You are here with me right now and we are getting it done right in the moment. Okay. None of the words I see are stepping out to me, so. Oh, I could potentially use that. Let me see what else they got, though.

Before I use that word, I’m going to search on this other one. It gives me 293 positive words that starts with M. Let’s see what comes up here. I’m excited you all, because I know one of these words is going to be the word that we are going to use. Oh, I got it. Maestro is the final level. You all like Maestro. That word just jumped out at me on the page because a maestro is a real master.

Oh, I like Maestro, but I’m going to keep looking. Let’s see if we find something else besides Maestro before we go. But I really like Maestro. I really do. I really like Maestro. The only reason why I’m pausing, now that I think about it, this is real time. This is the beauty of being with me as I’m doing it right in the moment as I’m recording this episode, is we already had mastery, right? So that’s what’s making me think that maybe there’s another word that might be better. Oh, masterpiece.

That’s still too close, I think so let’s not go there. Let’s see. Maestro is going to be the word unless something else jumps out at me. Oh, Maverick. I like Maverick. Let’s go with Maverick. Okay, so the 7th phase of growth on the move to millions. Continuum 2.0 is Maverick.

And that is when you are doing one hundred k in an hour. Oh, man. Can you think about it? Okay, so let me just break this down for you. Means that you are in an active launch. And while you are in your active launch, people are converting, or it means that you are reaching out, you are making calls, or you are having conversations with potential clients. And in 1 hour, this would be a leveraged opportunity. Multiple clients decide to enroll to the tune of $100,000. Or it could mean that you have a 100k offer that you’re selling in 1 hour.

That makes you a maverick. I’m so excited you all. You can hear it in my voice. You know, my voice goes up another octave when I do something really magical. So if you are at Maverick, which is $100,000 in an hour, everything in your business is aligned. You’ve got a powerful team. And the cool thing about making you a maverick is that you don’t have to be present to make $100,000 in an hour. Your self led team can do it without you.

If that is not the definition of a maverick, I don’t know what is. So here we are, right? Hot off the press. The move to millions. Continuum 2.07 levels to serve you. Mapping. Less than $100,000 a year. Momentum. $100,000 a year.

Mastery. $100,000 a quarter. Millions. $100,000 a month, majesty. $100,000 a week. Monumental. $100,000 a day and maverick, $100,000 an hour, y’all. This is brand new.

This is not in the book. It’s brand new. This year we’re going deeper, anchored ascension.
