My job is really just to be a vessel, to be a steward, to create an environment for you to connect and deepen your connection and knowing to who God saw you to be before you were formed in your mother's womb. And so I'm happy that you are here. I'm excited that we made it all the way to episode number seven. This episode is really about how to step into the legacy led CEO identity right now and how to accept the invitation to become who you were always called to be. We're going to talk for a few minutes about the distance between knowing and becoming.

And I want to be very, very honest with you. Knowing you are a legacy led CEO is not enough. Saying it is not enough. Posting about it on social media is not enough. You must become it. And I want you to get very, really clear. Revelation without embodiment is spiritual entertainment. Legacy requires evidence.

And let's even go a little bit deeper than that. I want you to ask yourself, where are you still performing obedience instead of embodying it? What truth have you received but failed to respond to? And what does your daily rhythm say about who you believe yourself to be? The Bible says, and I believe it's in Psalms 23. As a man thinketh, so is he your success. The way you see yourself is hidden in Your daily rhythm. Part of the reason why I've said for years that the way you see money is really about the way that you see yourself. If you're not confident, then you're not going to be confident with money. Right? Money amplifies whatever you haven't healed. And so it's about starting for you to really sink into.

Who do you believe yourself to be and who are you being and showing up as? 83% of high achieving leaders report struggling with spiritual. Spiritual imposter syndrome. Actually, I don't even think that's just spiritual imposter syndrome. They're struggling with imposter syndrome, period. Especially after experiencing financial success. According to the confidence gap study, 9 out of 10 entrepreneurs never create consistent habits that support the version of themselves they're trying to become, according to the Harvard Business Review. So let me ask you, what have you normalized that contradicts your calling? Where are you still waiting for clarity that only obedience will bring. You need to make a decision. And here are the five that will unlock your next level. Number one, decide to live from your vision point, not your vantage point. Right? Or said another way.

Decide to live from your vision, not validation. Your calling is not up for public votes. Your calling is not about what you see right in front of you. Your calling is about what is way out there. Listen, I tell people all the time and I want you to confess this as well. As a legacy led CEO, you don't owe anyone an explanation for your elevation. Number two, you want to decide to operate from obedience, not urgency. Legacy does not panic.

That could be a T shirt it prepares. Rest is not a reward. It's a spiritual weapon. Number three, I want you to decide to scale with systems not suffering. The anointing does not require exhaustion. I get it. We live in the United States. For those of you who live here in the United States, we are celebrated for hard work.

Whenever you do anything, when a person is calling to celebrate with you, they say, oh my goodness, you work so hard. So hard work is glorified here in the us but the anointing does not require exhaustion. Building a business that covers you, not one that collapses you, is what you want to do. And that does not require your effort. I will never forget when I was in the shower and I clearly heard the Holy Spirit say, effort won't make the millions. Embodiment will. You've got to be it to become it. You got to start thinking, acting and deciding and making decisions and moving like a seven figure CEO long before the money shows up in your bank account.
Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:10:51]:
Because money is mental before it's material. Number four, you've got to decide to lead with lineage in mind. Every decision you make should echo in eternity. Ask will this decision outlive me? Oh my gosh, that is so good. And number five, I want to decide to build with God, not just for God. This is not about performance. It's about partnership. That's why we are team Relationship, not religion.

When you lead as a legacy led CEO, your business becomes a place that God can use to transform others. That's really what it's all about. I have a board in my office. It's over there and it has every current client's name on it. And every single day when I am praying and I am sitting and I'm reflecting, I call their names before the Lord. I want my business to transform their lives, their kids lives and eventually their kids kids lives. Everything that I do as a legacy led CEO. It's the ripple effect and it's the ricochet.

My dad said it all the time. You have to work hard for money. Money is not on a tree out back. I could go on and on and on and none of it is the truth. I remember the very first time I made money without hard labor. It felt yucky. Like I was like, this is not the way it's supposed to be. But the Holy Spirit gently whispered, yes, it is.
