Now this series is for the entrepreneur who is very, very clear. You are not just in this for the money. You came to lead differently.

We could pop your collar right now because you have done the business. The thing this next season, however, and I hope you've been seeing that. Especially because the month of August was really just a slowdown part of this pruning season that we're in right now. It is time to go from running to business to actually becoming what I call a legacy led CEO. So in this series over the next seven episodes, I'm going to walk you through the mindsets, the methods, the methodologies and the mantle that will elevate you from high income earner to to high impact leader. This is such an important time for you to heighten your leadership skills and so I'm excited to be guiding you on this journey. If this is your very first time here, welcome. You picked a good one to come in on.

Now I know you're going to stay for a while, so you'll want to make sure that you go back through all of the previous episodes. I mean you could really start at the beginning. We've got 300 plus episodes here that are designed to support you on your journey as you continue to make move and ultimately position yourself to leave millions. Okay, so let's talk about leaving millions. And I want to start by defining for you what I mean when I say a legacy led CEO. Some of you are exhausted. Not because the work is too heavy, but because the identity that you are carrying is too small. Oop.

I probably should have told you that I am going to be stepping on a couple of toes and snatching a few edges in this series. But let me tell you why. For such a time as this, it is time to stop playing small. If you've been listening to the show, you heard me share about when I came back from Thailand that God said, you are a moment, but I called you to be a movement. Now I'm just gonna assume that he wasn't just talking to me, that he was talking to you too, that you have been playing too small. I remember last year's God Girl Making Millions event. We had so many powerful women in the room and God shared with me as I was praying just before the event and in my fasting time he said, you entire room is under the spirit of hiding. So somebody right now listening to this episode is under the spirit of hiding and you have been playing too small in your identity.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:05:33]:
Now, a legacy led CEO is not just a business owner. It's not even just A seven figure entrepreneur. And not even just a CEO. A legacy led CEO is a spiritual architect, a wealth steward, a marketplace leader with a mandate to multiply impact across generations. Holla if you hear me. Just a few things I want to share with you. 70% of wealthy families actually lose their wealth by the second generation. Now that's not going to be your story.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:06:03]:
I'm just sharing it for the frame of reference. And only 4.2% of entrepreneurs ever make a million dollars a year in revenue. Most never build the infrastructure that will outlive them to support it. And listen, let me tell you what we're on in our House of Million programs right now. We are helping our clients get to the $3 million at minimum mark. Why 3 million? Because that gives them a million dollars to run their business. That gives them a million dollars to have in cash reserves and it gives them a million dollars for their lifestyle and legacy. We are about generational wealth.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:06:40]:
Listen, I. It's no surprise to anybody that I'm a brown girl up in this place. And I have a mission to see more of us actually build wealth through entrepreneurship. It is the mandate that God gave me when he gave me all of the work that is Incredible One Enterprises and all of our offshoot brands from Move to Millions to Guy Girls Making Millions to House of Millions, all of them are because it is my mandate to help us to experience wealth. You probably have heard me share before that I have the Moses anointing. My family has the Moses anointing. What does that mean? Darn y'. All.

It means that we take you from proverbial bounds of slavery, whatever that might mean for you, and we usher you into a promised land. For me, it is the financial legacy. Promised land. Leveraging the power of entrepreneurship. So I'm excited that you are here and you are listening and I'm really excited about the power of this series. The legacy led CEO is the direction that we're moving in. So you're going to hear me talking about it a lot. It's going to become part of your everyday vernacular when you hang out with me.

And I want to go a step further and say your children's children's children. That is only going to be possible if you start to think, move and act like a legacy led CEO. I think about the Vanderbilts and the Rockefellers. Now the Vanderbilts were at their time the wealthiest family, but you know, they're not wealthy no more, right? Whereas the Rockefellers, also equally wealthy, have established wealth for more than 700 years for their family. Like no, Rockefeller has to work. And because they've put principles in place, they've had, as their family members continue to add value to the family name and trust portfolio, they've further elongated and expanded the length of their wealth. That is what I desire for you. Now as we go through this series, there are gonna be four levels of leadership identity that we talk about.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:10:11]:
The first is business owner. Now when you're a business owner, no shade, I know you're focused on income. You're trying to replace that salary from that good job you left to start your own business. You are really just about trying to get the basic needs of yourself and your business met. I get it. The second level of leadership is entrepreneur. This is when you begin to be shift and you're starting to focus on freedom. Now, it's about a little bit more than just income.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:10:36]:
You want your time back. You want the flexibility to be in the spaces and places and rooms that you desire to be in without having to worry about running the day to day of your business. Then you move into the CEO level of leadership. That's when you're starting to focus on systems and scaling. And remember, scaling is the act of multiplying and duplicating and replicating a series of systems and strategies in order to increase results in revenue. Just to make sure we're on the same page. And then the final level of leadership is the legacy led CEO. This is the CEO that is focused on eternity and inheritance.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:11:16]:
Holla if you hear me now. I want you to just anchor in to the fact that you are not building a business. You are birthing a blueprint for the generations that you will never meet. Oh. Oh, my gosh. That just gave me chills. I hope it gave you chills as well. Listen, I remember not even.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:11:36]:
I mean, I'm going to talk to you about Thailand again in a second, but I'm going to go even further back than that. But just recently in Thailand, at the end of June, celebrating 17 years in business, God said, you are not a moment, you are a movement. But that wasn't the very first time I heard something like that. Many years ago, 2014, which was the year that we first crossed the seven figure mark, God said, I called you to more. Even before that in 2013. He said, if you take a bold stand for me, I'll make it easy for you. And I want you to just keep in mind that each one of these nudges that God gave me was really about understanding the importance of obedience. Now, at the time, I thought I was doing what I was supposed to do.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:12:21]:
I was helping my clients grow. I was scaling my own business. I was showing up in excellence. Cause that's how we do. But God made it clear I was building from momentum, not from my mantle. Ooh. I hope you hear me when I say to you, listen, I want you to understand, it hurt me so deeply in a good way. And I had to be out of the country, out of my comfort zone when God said it for me to actually hear it and to not take it personal and get defensive.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:12:51]:
Listen, I'm a scorpio. I believe what I believe. I hold on to what I hold onto. And your girl will get feisty if she needs to get feisty. But at that moment in Thailand, when God said, you are a moment, but I called you to be a movement, it hit different. It was very different. And it really opens me up to consider the feasibility that I am still playing small. Can I be honest for a second? For those of you watching the video, I'm leaning in a Little like, I know.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:13:23]:
You might look at my life. You might look at my business. You might look at what we've accomplished over the last 17 years. I'm talking about building myself up from the ashes, from bankruptcy to breakthrough, to just the amazing bankableness that we experience today. And you might be like, what do you mean, Darnyelle? Playing small. But even I know that I'm not as visible as I should be. Even I know that there have been moments of hiding, that there have been moments of moments and not moments of movement. Consistently.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:13:53]:
I think a moment satisfies you, but a movement sanctifies you. Ooh. And that is what I'm after, y'. All. I'm after helping you to experience sanctification. I had to ask myself that very question. So I want you to do that. And while you do that, I want to share this with you because this whole series is about becoming a legacy led CEO. And let me be very clear about who a legacy led CEO is not. A legacy led CEO does not chase clients. They actually call them in with clarity and conviction. Their frequency is so high, it's so vibrational that other people want to catch the vibe and they want to come into your orbit.

Right? A legacy led CEO does not scale chaotically. They steward strategically. A legacy led CEO does not lead from ego. They lead from anointing and alignment. Listen, been there, done that. Got the T shirt for all the times it was about Darnyelle Antoinette. But when I started to make it about something bigger than me, about God. That God's name might be made famous.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:16:23]:
That you might actually learn how to bring strategy and soul together in a way that honors every part of you and allows you to make more money than you can give, spend, investor, save. Listen. When I started making it about so much more than the girl born in the projects of Wilmington, Delaware, things began to shift. Because at the end of the day, I need you to understand that legacy led CEOs, they operate differently because they're not just building for right now. They know that legacy is about what they leave for the people that are coming behind them, right? Not just what they leave behind, but what they leave in people. They understand that it's about a spiritual transfer of values, a vision, a voice. It's about being a vessel that understands the validity of the assignment and the value that you bring to the table. It's about understanding that proof of your obedience is on the other side of many generations.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:17:20]:
What gets me so excited? And listen, I don't have children. My husband and I tried for five years. We were not successful. That is not to mean that we will not adopt or even consider surrogacy here in the near future. But at this very moment, we don't have children. I do have some amazing nieces and nephews that their children's children will know. Their Aunt Darny. Now, don't y' all see me in the streets and call me that.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:17:45]:
That's what my family calls me. But no, seriously, like, they will know me because of the things that I'm established and what I've put in my trust. Where I am leaving an inheritance to my family, I'm leaving something behind. So I just want you to think about that. I also want you to keep in mind that legacy is not an amount. It's an assignment. It's an assignment. I've got so much I want to share with you in this series, but for now, I want you to ask yourself a few questions just based on what I've shared so far.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:18:15]:
Are you leading like a legacy led CEO, or are you operating like a tired operator? Are you building for validation? Or are you you focused on a visitation from the future? Are you running from goal to goal or are you building from God's governance? I want to invite you to consider something that I've been pondering on recently, and that's that the world needs fewer millionaires and more mantle carriers. The world needs more anointed builders who steward money with peace, with purpose, and with permanence. And for those of you who don't yet feel safe with money, I want you to hang out with your girl. Because I got something coming for you this fall that is going to change everything. I'll share more on it later. My team and I are still working through all of the details, but I want to invite you to honestly just realize right here, right now, you are not a moment, you are a movement. And that incredible one is what makes you primed and positioned to become a Legacy Led CEO.
