“When I stand before God at the end of my life, I hope not to have a single bit of talent left, saying, ‘I used everything you gave me.’”  Irma Bombeck.

When I think of this quote, I think of today’s guest. There’s something to be said for knowing that you have a powerful gift to share with the world. And it’s an entirely different thing, when, in leveraging that gift, you remain a servant focused on shaking the planet. That sums up Jeremy Anderson in a nutshell.

He’s no stranger to working at a level of excellence that deepens the impact he ricochets through the earth. Even though he’s achieved so much, he is more concerned with serving that strutting in his success, which is ultimately why he has been blessed with so much.

In this powerful episode, Jeremy transparently unpacks his powerful story from sinner to servant, while sparing no detail in between. Through his commitment to live for God, he has created a movement that honors God, marriage, business and service via his Next Level Living message and community. Our conversation offers an example of how to become unapologetic about serving at a level that inspires, influences and impacts.

Darnyelle [00:02:24]:
It is truly a sight to behold. I remember the very first time I was in his presence and how spending time with him at his live event, next level speakers academy, I went to. I think it was the inaugural one. I was just blown away by his passion and his presence. I then had an opportunity to work directly with him when he became my client. Working with him and his wife, Tracy was truly as life changing for me as I know it was for them. And we’ll get into some of that as we have this conversation today. What I love about Jeremy the most is that he is completely coachable.

Darnyelle [00:03:06]:
He has every right to be arrogant or pompous. I mean, he is a nice looking person. He’s got a nice body. He makes great money. He does amazing work. He flies all around the world. He’s got every reason to be all of that. But he is so humble, so focused on service, so committed to putting love in the earth that spending time in his space, it elevates you to no end.

Darnyelle [00:03:35]:

I can see it all over you. Like, I’ve been wanting to get you here for a long time. Like a long, long, long time. You are one of the people that of course, I truly love you, your whole family. Give my love to Tracy and everybody. I love the way that you love God, and I love how unapologetic you are about that and everything it is that you do. So to be able to have a Mandev boldly profess their relationship with Christ and everything that they do, to have a conversation for my audience. I’m so excited.

Darnyelle [00:05:28]:
So excited.

Jeremy [00:05:29]:
I’m excited. I’m excited and glad to be here. Look, I told Tracy I was going to bring out the lavender for you. I know.

Darnyelle [00:05:36]:
Perfect. I appreciate it. So before we jump in, I just always like to give the guests an opportunity to introduce yourself in your own words.

Jeremy [00:05:46]:
Yeah, man. So Jeremy Anderson is a sinner saved by grace. After that, I’m a child of a king. I’m a husband and father, a brother, son, community leader, coach, author, speaker, a servant to the most high, right? But I start with saying a sinner saved by grace. Because, you know, we all make mistakes, we all struggle. We all got issues and challenges, but by God’s grace, you know, I’m living the life of my dreams. And so even the fact that he allowed me to be a husband, he allowed me to be a father, missed a tremendous blessing. And so I’m really a servant to the people.

Jeremy [00:06:22]:
And I say that because I don’t just serve people when I speak on stage. Like, I’ve been called to serve my wife. I’ve been called to serve my children. I’ve been called to serve and take care of my family. And so, ultimately, I’m a servant at heart, and I’ve served my way to millions. Praise God.

Darnyelle [00:06:38]:
I love it. Look, we just found the title of this episode.

Jeremy [00:06:41]:
Yeah, for sure.

Darnyelle [00:06:42]:
I love that about you. I love that your humility is strength and confidence, like, the way I define humility has always been recognizing the confidence that exists. Right. And that in your confidence, you don’t have to make anybody else look bad in order for you to shine. And I love that about you, that you do put everybody else’s needs first. And it’s amazing to me because of everything. Like, I mean, you’ve made millions of dollars, you run multiple companies. You have spoken on the biggest stages.

Darnyelle [00:07:12]:
You are friends and hobnob with all the right people. And here you are, this man, just committed to serving others. Walk us through the journey. Like, how did you get here?

Jeremy [00:07:23]:
Yeah, so, you know, my mom had me. She was 16 years old, was born in Dallas, Texas. We struggled a lot, as you can imagine. You know, being a teen mom, she had to drop out of school. Cause back in the day, the state of Texas didn’t allow you to stay in school and still be pregnant. So she had to get her Ged. Then when she went to school and began to work jobs, and I grew up, you know, my biological father has never been present in my life. So that really had a big stain on my heart and a stain on my mind, and it made me question my worth.

Jeremy [00:07:52]:
And so, you know, as I matriculated and got older, soon I got diagnosed with ADHD. I continued to fail over and over again in school. Had a lot of temper and rage issues. Also was a class clown and a lover and a flirt. Like, I was just. I bought the chain, and I went to three different schools for the 9th grade alone.

Darnyelle [00:08:11]:

Jeremy [00:09:32]:
And when I was young, we moved around a lot. My mom was just looking for different opportunities. So we were in Texas, we were in New Jervey for years, then Atlanta and then Huntsville, Alabama. And I went to three different schools for the 9th grade. I kept failing and getting kicked out. And then eventually I came across a group of educators that really connected with my heart. I hit the reset button, worked really, really, really hard. So I teach a lot about hard work, mental grit, mental agility, you know what I’m saying? And really going all in call up on my right grade, graduate from high school on time, went to college, got a bachelor’s, master’s degrees and was on this trajectory, but I still wasn’t fully living for christ.

Jeremy [00:10:10]:
I experienced some success in some other areas, but it’s like now I was chasing money, I was chasing paper. I was chasing fame. So long story short, the enemy bamboozled me, connected me with a big time dope dealer. I became a big time dope dealer, selling weed by the pound, running two nightclubs, and was just living that wild, reckless lifestyle. After years and years and years of making fast money and hustling, pulling kick doors, like doing all the things you see on tv that I would have never thought I’d do as a child, I realized, like, man, I’m kind of lost. But I was just still loving it because I was successful. And years ago, years before my mom got married. And I remember being at the wedding, I was a little boy, and I asked this guy, like, so you gonna be my dad? And he was like, yes.

Jeremy [00:10:54]:
And he became a minister years later when I got older. And so he paid a prayer. He paid a prayer, doc. He said, God, whatever. My. This is at the height of my success. We had just threw the biggest party. We was going back and forth to Atlanta, different cities.

Jeremy [00:11:08]:
We just threw this party with Soulja boy, a bunch of other rappers. This was. Soulja boy was in his prime. We was making so much money, and my past prayed a prayer. He said, God, whatever my son’s doing, that doesn’t bring you praise, honor, or glory. I pray that he fails at it. Let me tell you something. Like, he went from praying for me to pray on me.

Jeremy [00:11:29]:
Yeah, that’s the difference. And I lost everything. We lost the two nightclubs within two weeks. Like, my whole world just was flipped upside down. My dope connect got caught up by the feds, so my supply was cut off. And I found myself going from renting luxury cars every weekend, every week to just spending, blowing money into driving the hooptie. A 1988 Nissan stanza, you know what I’m saying? Wagging at that. Lost everything.

Jeremy [00:11:55]:
And God just really humbled me. And I had an experience, and I had an encounter when I was on the phone with my grandma, who’s a powerful woman of God, doctor Katie Arnett. She’s ministered and preached and evangelized in Africa, all over the world. And she was just like, what happened to my grandson that was on positive, that was living for God in high school? Said where my people changed. She was like, baby, God can change you back. And when I tell you I was on the highway, I don’t remember driving for hours. Holy spirit was on me. I threw all my weed out because I was addicted to drug and alcohol abuse.

Jeremy [00:12:26]:
Pills, pornography. I was sleeping with different women. Like, when I tell you I was out here wild and wicked, and my grandma was like, don’t be so. Cause I was like, grandma, God can’t use somebody like me. Like, I done made too many mistakes. She said, baby, don’t be so conceited in your sin where you think God can’t save you, where God can’t rescue you. She was just like, don’t think you so big time. You’re such a big sinner with his blood and his grace can’t cover you.

Jeremy [00:12:52]:
And so she was just like, God loves you. He’ll forgive you, and he’ll want to use you. I’m like, grandma, I believe he loved me. I believe he’ll forgive me, but he ain’t gonna use someone like me. And doc, she was like, nope, he will. And I surrender my life to Christ. Got baptized maybe a week later. I’m gonna give you the abbreviated story.

Jeremy [00:13:11]:
God dipped that water. October 17, 2009. So October this year would be my 15th year. Walking with Christ. October 17, 2009. Got baptized. Then my girlfriend at the time, Tracy, got baptized. We got married, and it’s like we began to kind of go on this journey.

Jeremy [00:13:29]:
We built our first home, you know, saying little hardwood floors, granite countertops, 1800 square feet. You could tell us nothing. And I feel like we arrived and God was like, this is just the beginning, son.

Darnyelle [00:13:42]:
Yeah.

Jeremy [00:13:43]:
So that’s how. That’s, like, my backstory growing up to where I kind of got back on the right track. Now, if you ask me, how did I get to where I am now from the last 15 years? That’s a whole nother.

Darnyelle [00:13:54]:
And we may get into it.

Jeremy [00:13:55]:
We’ll see.

Darnyelle [00:13:56]:
There are so many things that you said in there. First of all, I appreciate your transparency. And I knew you were gonna come on here and give us the real real. Because I feel like when we get to a level like, where we are, where we’re making multiple millions of dollars and we have influence, when we don’t tell the whole story, it’s kind of disrespectful. Right. Cause we are leading people to believe that we woke up like this. When we’ve all been on a journey, we all have a story. And it is only in being willing to be vulnerable and transparent to tell that story that we can actually change somebody else’s life.

Darnyelle [00:14:28]:
So I appreciate that, and I honor your presence in that way. There are a few things that you said I want to pull on because I know that there’s somebody listening right now who is feeling the same exact way. Right. You said from a child, young, you were questioning your worth, which created that downward spiral into looking for love, worth, and acceptance in all the wrong places, because fame and money makes you feel worthy. But your worth is actually not about money. Right. And then you said, I love that your father prayed that prayer. I love that.

Darnyelle [00:15:03]:
And having met him and knowing how powerful he is, like, I’m grateful that that became a defining moment for you, because there’s so many people who are chasing money. They’re chasing fame, they’re chasing likes and views on instagram instead of recognizing the significance of living a life that others will want to truly model right. And I love that cataclysmic moment where you lost everything. Right. I’ve had my own lost everything moment. And so I can understand and appreciate the difference that it makes when you get to the other side and you get there and you’ve done it in a way that God is pleased with and he’s happy to keep blessing. Right. That’s why you’re so successful.

Darnyelle [00:15:47]:
That’s why the stages keep opening up. That’s why the rooms are full. That’s why you have the connections that you have because you surrendered. Right. And a lot of people don’t understand the difference that makes. So would you talk to us a little bit about even having lost everything and making the decision to shift your life and to live for Christ and to do all the things that have led to everything that you have today, the significance of your surrender? That’s what I want to talk about for a few minutes.

Jeremy [00:16:20]:
So, yeah, that’s really good. So I tend to wave the white flag often. I feel like in any other battle, you wave the white flag, you’re admitting defeat, your failure. For me, when I waved the white flag and I was surrender to Christ, that’s when I. That’s actually when I went. For years, I tried it my way. And then when I began to try Yahweh’s, I started winning. When I was doing it my way, I was failing.

Jeremy [00:16:46]:
When I tried yahwehs, I was winning. And so for me, I just began to submit my will to his. And so a few examples are, you know, when I was first, I surrendered. You know, when I was doing the lifestyle and the drugs, the alcohol, the clubs, the hustling, all of that, I surrendered that. Now I’m on the straight, narrow. And then God says, when I came back to Christ, I was just like, I’m not giving 10% tylenol, like, I’m giving 20%. The fact that he would even accept me, I was just like, I’m giving 20%. And so I was in my local community, and I was out and working with the church and started a youth and young adult team.

Jeremy [00:17:23]:
And then when me and my wife, when God called us both to quit our jobs, because I was initially going to quit my job, I was at the school speaking, and I heard this little girl with red hair and freckles wanted to talk to me. I talked to her. Her face was as red as her freckles. She was in tears. Mister Jeremy, I was going to commit suicide. I stuck school to execute my plan. They called me, made me come to the stupid assembly. But because of your message, your story.

Jeremy [00:17:43]:
I want to live, mister Jeremy. I want to live. I’m thinking, I just, oh, I have chills.

Darnyelle [00:17:48]:
Oh, I have chills.

Jeremy [00:17:49]:
I was just like, what? She was just like, I want to live. So she looks at her arm and she was like, I now know that weapons will form, but they won’t prosper because I’m more than a conqueror. I was like, ooh. She looked at her other arm, she was like, I know. No, I’m fearfully and wonderfully, man. You know, our kids be right on their arms. She was fighting the scriptures. She thought they was quotes.

Jeremy [00:18:05]:
But I need some clues with the word of God, which is like, I want to live, mister Jeremy. I want to live. And she runs off the class in tears, and I’m in tears. And I went home and told my wife, made her breakfast. Cause I had to get her in the spirit. I was like, hey, babe, I’m about to quit my job. God is calling me to go all in. And she was just like, oh, you ain’t gonna quit your job and do it by yourself.

Jeremy [00:18:24]:
I’m gonna quit my job, too. I was like, did you pray about that? Because you work for the government, I need you to keep your job because I know your salary will cover the mortgage, the car notes, et cetera. She was like, no, we going all in. He going to have to take care of both of us. So, doc, we talk about faith, like me, you walk that walk. We talk that talk like, we literally walked away from great money. Six figures, just built a Haus, and jewel was just born with no guarantee. But we felt called to do this work.

Darnyelle [00:18:51]:
See, some people, huh? You had a guarantee. God is the guarantee.

Jeremy [00:18:57]:
I need to start remixing it. Be like, the only guarantee I had was he the best one, right?

Darnyelle [00:19:02]:
Because we will jack it up. We. If it’s just us, there is no guarantee. You’re absolutely right. But you were called to it, right? And if you’re called to it, God has already created the provision for it. It is not new. Like, you get it, and it feels like a revelation, but it ain’t new. God, you just got on board with it.

Jeremy [00:19:19]:
And he’s not confined to time. So he’s like, I’m already. When you built your dream home in 2020, he’s like, I’m already seeing what your future look like. I’m already knowing the stages you’re going to be on. You know what I’m saying?

Darnyelle [00:19:29]:
Correct.

Jeremy [00:19:30]:
Yeah. So I had to surrender that, and we surrendered our jobs, we went all in, and now it’s just like, if I don’t speak, you know, I don’t eat. So it’s like, every time I speak, you know, that’s how we able to take care of our family. And they really called us to really lean on God. And I remember I had to have one deep conversation, and you’ll appreciate this. This I remember Tracy came to me, anxiety high, and she was like, what are we going to do? How are we going to pay this? Rent’s coming up soon. And I said, babe, with all due respect, I’m not your guy, your husband. We need to go to God.

Jeremy [00:20:04]:
You’re coming to me like, I’m the savior. I ain’t the one. I’m just following his lead. So we held hands. I had to reframe her brain because she was coming to me on some savior, leader of the Haus energy. I’m like, yeah, but I submit to him. I surrendered to him. So we held hands and pray.

Jeremy [00:20:20]:
And let me tell you something. Can I just testify to. Since our beginning, we never had to ask for no extension. All of our bills been paid, and now we in the overflow. But that was a pivotal moment for us when we quit our jobs. Guess what God told me, because I feel like maybe he thought there was still a little remnants of that chase for that paper for the love of money. Because God, he, like, you can’t serve both God and money. You can’t serve God and mammon.

Jeremy [00:20:44]:
Like, you got to choose. I want you to give 30% tithe and offer. For about six years, we was tithing 30%. And I remember when he first said, I was like, man, God, I gotta give 30%. He said, you don’t got to. You get to.

Darnyelle [00:20:58]:
Yeah. Oh, hold on, hold on, hold on.

Jeremy [00:21:01]:
Hold on, hold on.

Darnyelle [00:21:03]:
You need to run that back and say that one more time.

Jeremy [00:21:07]:
Yeah. Cause I felt like I was doing something like, the average person is only given 10%. I’m giving 20%. And God was like, yep, now that you quit your job, see, the pressure was on, doc. You feel me? The pressure was on. It was like, man, I’m not even. I don’t have that guaranteed salary. My wife don’t have it.

Jeremy [00:21:23]:
And now God is like, yep. Not only have you subreddit, that let me get 30%, and I was just like, man, God, I gotta get. I remember thinking, like, I gotta. He was like, you don’t got to. You get to. It is a privilege to give back. And that’s when I began to understand. And he brought me to the scriptures.

Jeremy [00:21:38]:
Give and it shall be given unto you. Put us down. Shaking together, running over. I understand now. You can’t be God given. I understand. I do that in the supply. I really believe.

Jeremy [00:21:47]:
Cause I’ve lived it. That he will supply all my needs by the riches and glory in heaven. Like I believe that now. Cause I’ve lived it. And so we. And then the word of God says, God loves a cheerful giver. So I remember I had to tell talk to Tracy. She was like, I’m paying Tom.

Jeremy [00:22:00]:
I said, with a smile on your face, boo.

Darnyelle [00:22:02]:
Right?

Jeremy [00:22:03]:
With a smile on your face. It’s gonna come back. Ain’t nobody tripping like this, God, anyway.

Darnyelle [00:22:08]:
And it’s just money. It’s just money. There is no limit to how much money there is that is out there.

Jeremy [00:22:15]:
Come on.

Darnyelle [00:22:16]:
I create a Haus of millions because I wanted to create a safe space and community to support entrepreneurs at every level. After writing my best selling book, move to millions, the proven framework to become a million dollar CEO with grace and ease, instead of hustling grind, it became increasingly clear that this solution was needed in the marketplace. I knew we needed to help the thousands of entrepreneurs who slid in my DM’s and navigate getting to and beyond the million dollar mark in a way that served them financially and spiritually and wouldn’t require that they compromise or sacrifice on their journey. House of millions is the answer. Through our move to millions continuum, we realize that there are seven levels on the move to millions. Mapping when you haven’t crossed the six figure mark yet. Momentum when you’re making $100,000 a year. Mastery when you’re making $100,000 a quarter.

Darnyelle [00:23:13]:
Millions when you’re making $100,000 a month. Majesty when you know you can make $100,000 in a week. Monumental when you know that you can make $100,000 in a day. And Maverick when you know how to make $100,000. Any hour that you decide. So we decided that we wanted to create a safe space to collapse the amount of time it takes you to make $100,000. And finally, we’ve got the programs and support that you need. No matter which level you are currently on, when you get in the Haus, you’ll finally get the support you need to up level every area of your life.

Darnyelle [00:23:50]:
Whether you desire membership, mentorship, a mastermind, or a collective experience to support your journey to building massive wealth. It’s in the Haus. Get in the Haus. Today at House of millions. Want to know what it’s like to work with me and the incredible factor university coaching team, you can get started today with the move to millions 90 day business growth planner. 90 days at a time, you’ll be setting your business on a trajectory that will make the move to millions happen much faster for you. Jeremy [00:24:45]:
Dot so we had to surrender that. Cause like you said, it’s just money. And then God was like, I want y’all to move to Atlanta. And that was another surrender. Cause we were comfortable in Alabama. We had just home, got cute little chandelier in Jewell’s room and custom lavender paint. You would have loved her room. Cause I know you, right? And the guy was like, yep, I’m gonna uproot you and take you to Atlanta, a place I despised when I got baptized, because Atlanta like Solomon Gomorrah.

Darnyelle [00:25:11]:
Yeah.

Jeremy [00:25:11]:
I was thinking all the crazy, wicked stuff, and I was like, I’m saved and sanctified. I ain’t never moving back there. Years later, God was like, no. You ready? Now, this is where I’m about to propel you. So my life has been filled with just sacrifice and releasing and submitting to whatever, you know, saying God wants me to do. And so I’ve surrendered my way when it came to the negative stuff I was doing. But even the positive, like, you know what I’m saying? Sometimes God will say, now, let me get that good thing that you have. Let me get that thing that I gave you.

Jeremy [00:25:39]:
So there was a time when you was like, oh, thank you, God, for this job. But then there’s a time when I’m gonna say, okay, now lay that job down. I have something even bigger for you. So I believe, you know, that we have to release in order to receive. And so my life has been a constant cycle of releasing to make space for the next thing that I’m gonna receive in the next season.

Darnyelle [00:26:00]:
Yeah. This is so good. It’s blessing me, even as I listen to you for so many different reasons. Right. And. And I want to submit to you, Jeremy. And I. What I.

Darnyelle [00:26:11]:
Another thing that I love about you is that you’re so open and so coachable. I want to submit to you that you aren’t making sacrifices, you’re not sacrificing. The beauty of surrender is that you understand the significance of the God in your life and you understand that in the release is the full capacity to receive. Right. Every time you release, you’re expanding your capacity. The reason why God keeps blowing your mind is because you keep releasing and there’s no sacrifice in it. There’s no reason for you to have to sacrifice. You’re completely surrendered.

Darnyelle [00:26:48]:
I think sacrifice is, it’s the human right, it’s the carnal nature saying, I’m giving up something in hopes that it’s the same. When you said earlier the pressure was on, the pressure was on Jeremy because Jeremy was thinking, Jeremy had to resolve all the things. But Jeremy’s not the one who told him to go to Atlanta. Jeremy’s not the one who told him to quit his job. Jeremy didn’t tell Jeremy to do anything that Jeremy did. So there is no pressure. One of the things I think we get wrong as humans is we want to, we want to accept what God says to a point, but we still want to be us. And when you let all of that go, there is no sacrifice.

Jeremy [00:27:32]:
Yeah.

Darnyelle [00:27:34]:
Because you are a completely surrendered vessel. You understand the significance of your relationship alignment and connection to the father. And because of that, you never think, okay, let’s make it. Let’s make it about Jax. And, and I’m specifically saying, your son, in this moment, right, as his father, does he have to worry about anything?

Jeremy [00:27:59]:
No.

Darnyelle [00:28:00]:
So as God, as your father, does Jeremy have to worry about anything?

Jeremy [00:28:05]:
No.

Darnyelle [00:28:06]:
No. So there is no sacrifice when you said yes, and you keep living into that? Yes. The seas will part, the sky will open, and more will be poured in. Like, you don’t even have room enough for everything that God is doing, actively doing, not even is going to do in the future, is doing right now, and there’s no reason to sacrifice. And I’m saying this not just for you, but also for the people who are listening, because the people who are listening are still in their carnal nature believing that they have the ability to control the outcome. You don’t have to worry about being in control. That’s the beauty of faith and surrender, is that you don’t have to be in control. I was talking to a friend, as you know, as I said, as we were getting started, both of our events are coming up.

Darnyelle [00:28:58]:
Mine is coming up. It’s coming in hot. And I was talking to a friend this morning. She’s like, how are you? And I was talking to a client yesterday, and she’s like, girl, you so calm? Because I’m surrendered. I am detached from all outcomes. I am going to serve these people that are coming from around the world, because I know romans eight and 31 says, if God before you, who can be against you? He is for me. He is for this whole thing. So there’s no reason for me to fret, to be nervous, to feel the pressure.

Darnyelle [00:29:30]:
There ain’t no pressure, and there ain’t no sacrifice, because I do it willfully. I do it cheerfully, because I know he is the one who sent me. I’m saying that because I know that you hold the same space in your heart, having been in your presence, having watched you do what it is that you do. I mean, you’re the event. Your event is the very first event I have ever been to. Where they was baptized in the hotel, where they do that at Jeremy, at the next level, speakers come, you know, I mean, and it’s because of your heart posture, your commitment to service. So that was just a reminder to you in those moments where your human says, there’s pressure, where your human says, I gotta work hard, I gotta grind. You know, you beyond that, you don’t have to work hard and grind.

Darnyelle [00:30:19]:
You don’t have to. Because of who your father is. Because of that one. Yes. Back on that road in Alabama, you don’t have to do that. You don’t have to.

Jeremy [00:30:31]:
That’s the. I receive it. You know what that energy is? It’s almost like my son Jackson being obedient to what his father says. But then he’s wondering, like, I hope that he picks me up after school. It’s just like, bruh, why would I not be my son? I’m coming to get you. So in the spiritual realm, I receive it. I received that redirection because it’s like, it really ain’t a sacrifice. You know what I’m saying? Because all God do is win, and all he does is keep his promises.

Jeremy [00:31:05]:
He’s not. A man shall lie. I receive it for sure.

Darnyelle [00:31:09]:
Yeah, absolutely. Okay, so something else you said, and I want to pull on this for just a minute. You said, now we are in the overflow. Oh, I love. I love the sentiment of overflow. Right? I love the sentiment of more than enough. More than you could ever need at any one time. One of the things I pray over my life every single day, I say, God, I thank you that I have more money than I can give, spend, invest, or save.

Darnyelle [00:31:34]:
That I’m in the overflow. And then you said, as talking about the tithing and moving to 30%, you don’t got to. You get to the privilege that accompanies. I’m crying and I’m not wiping my tears, but I probably should. The privilege that accompanies recognizing that you live life in the overflow. Jeremy, that is so good. That is so good. How do you maintain the fervor and the energy when life is pulling at you? When.

Darnyelle [00:32:05]:
When you have overflow and you have a lot, the demands that are put on you from other people are extremely. How does Jeremy Anderson stay grounded in those moments when it could be easy to let your human come in and bring back that temper and the rage that you had as a child?

Jeremy [00:32:24]:
Yeah. So, you know, for me, I am being pulled at, but I’m sitting, I’m putting more boundaries in place. I’m saying no more often. That’s a lot of things I’m not responding to. And I have what ET calls selective people pleasing.

Darnyelle [00:32:43]:
Yeah.

Jeremy [00:32:43]:
People who add value to my life. You call me doc. Whatever you need is done. My team already know. Right. But then there are some people. It’s just like, yep, you’ve been pulling, pulling, pulling, and you haven’t been adding no value. I don’t feel God is telling me to answer that, to send that, to wire that.

Jeremy [00:33:00]:
So I’ve been really setting boundaries and really, really taking care of myself and doing a better job of really chasing Zen. Like, I’ve been serving as a shepherd. When I first went to South Africa years ago, I met this powerful, anointed man of God. He’s a zulu elder and pastor, and he gave me and my wife and jewel at the time our zulu names. And my name is Melusi, which means the shepherd. And so he’s just, he saw, he heard me preach the gospel and was just like, oh, it’s something here. And so when I took our group to South Africa two years ago, it was 15 of us, we had him come over and he looked around the room during dinner and would just come up and look in the cold and just say, God has named you this. And then we’ll go and tell her why God gave her that name.

Jeremy [00:33:51]:
And sheep in tears, because ain’t nobody had no conversation. And he literally did that over a two hour dinner. God has named you this, which means this. And, folks, is on the floor. Like, it was such a crazy experience. I say all that to say, my man Lucy, the shepherd, I’ve been serving in his role, but I’ve never taken sabbaticals. That’s why we talked earlier. It’s like, I take now the month of December off.

Jeremy [00:34:14]:
Now we’re gonna go the third week of November and come back a week a few days before Christmas and get a full four weeks of rest, recharge. I ain’t no Bible studies. I ain’t preaching. I ain’t doing no prayer calls. I ain’t motivating nobody. Like, I’m just being present with God and my family. Yeah, I ain’t doing no coaching calls so I can recharge my battery. Because from 2022, in 2023, a lot of that time, I was running on fumes and didn’t realize it.

Jeremy [00:34:42]:
And so God been showing me, like, you’ve been operating some in the flesh, like some in the carnal, like, still loving me, still serving people. But you’ve been running, running, running, and you don’t have to peep the right people around you that’s filling back into your tank. And you’re not setting the right borders because you got this hero syndrome where you feel like you got to be there for everybody. But I’m their God. It’s always been me. How do you even know that? I want to use you as a tool to bless them. What they need is a screwdriver, and you coming through like a hammer. If you don’t get your butt back in the shed.

Jeremy [00:35:10]:
Ain’t nobody called you to come through. So God was like, you doing the most, son. And then you walk around here tired and wore out and discouraged and depressed, and just in this weird place, God’s like, that ain’t the overflow. Who cares how much money you make it? If you tired of you exhausted, and you ain’t got peace in your heart? So I’m learning the truth. Then I be teasing my friends. They tease me. I’m chasing Zen. I’m just trying to stay in that constant place where I’m floating.

Jeremy [00:35:34]:
I’m at peace. I’m in harmony, you know what I’m saying? And I’m going where God told me to go. And I’m really being calculated with the moves I make, and I don’t always get it right, you know what I’m saying? There are days when I’m like, I could have did that differently or I shouldn’t have responded that way, but I’m much more conscious of it, if that makes sense.

Darnyelle [00:35:50]:
Yeah, it makes perfect sense. We just expanded our move to millions method, which is our primary framework. So it was initially five strategy, sales system, support, success mindset. We expanded success mindset out into three, so now it’s seven. So success mindset, spirituality and self care because of that very thing. Because what we find is that the CEO is the last one to rest and you need it the most, especially because you’ve got people all around you, right? Knowing the bulk of your team and how powerful they are and how hard they ride for everything. Next level living, giving yourself that space and taking that time with your family is only going to add more. And what I see is that as you rest, more is going to be happening in the business and you won’t have to be present.

Darnyelle [00:36:36]:
So that’ll help with that superhero complex. Right? I remember I was speaking with my therapist a couple of years ago and I was burnt out. And she was like, you need to rest. And I was like, I can’t rest. My clients, they need me. And she was like, I want you to just go and do an experiment and ask some of your clients, do they experience transformation when you’re not around? I had this amazing team of people supporting my clients, but I, my ego was like, you need to be present. It was my ego. What I found is I don’t need to be present in order for my clients to get transformation because I’ve done such a great job developing my team.

Darnyelle [00:37:10]:
And so now being able to orchestrate those moments of sabbatical, of self care, that really, really makes a difference. And so I’m glad that you are going to be taking four solid weeks off because you do like, I mean, you are the energizer bunny with muscles like you are, you are always moving. And so it excites me to know and to know that you and the fam are going to be over there chilling for four weeks because you definitely, definitely.

Jeremy [00:37:38]:
And we kicking it, and we kicking it throughout, throughout the year. We taking vacation every other month, the weekends, we chilling. Like, I’m just really being mindful of trying to stay in that space. Yeah, of Zen. Because I don’t want to go. I don’t want to go crawling into South Africa and Dubai, like barely crossing over there. I want to go into there the end of middle of November, feeling good, like, yeah. You know what I’m saying?

Darnyelle [00:38:02]:
Like, absolutely. And it’s the way this is supposed to go. We were never supposed to be working all the time.

Jeremy [00:38:09]:
That part, for sure.

Darnyelle [00:38:11]:
Right. And it’s one of, probably one of the biggest gripes I have about the United States because it is cultural for us to believe you have to work hard. So cultural and it’s actually not even the truth.

Jeremy [00:38:25]:
Yeah. And when we was the hardest workers, so.

Darnyelle [00:38:28]:
Right, exactly. So we think that that’s how we get ahead is by working hard. But hard work just makes you tired. It doesn’t make you more money. It just makes you more tired. Right. You actually make more money when you implement what I call the softer side of entrepreneurship. When you do surrender, when you do your forgiveness work, when you spend time getting into alignment and connection with the father, when you embody in advance who you desire to be, who God desires you be, when you inhabit that space and be it in advance, then that’s what it just flows to you.

Darnyelle [00:38:58]:
It just shows up, and that really, really changes everything. Talk to me about what’s next. Like, I mean, you have done a lot. You’ve checked all the boxes and accomplished what I think so many people dream about and want to experience inside of their life. What’s next for Jeremy?

Jeremy [00:39:18]:
Yeah. So, you know, on a few fronts, I plan on really evolving even more as a husband and a father, as phenomenal as a husband and father. I think I am. There’s another version. Like, I can always be better, so I’m that much more mindful of that. So that’s the biggest thing. I’m growing more as a leader. Honestly, I haven’t really read.

Jeremy [00:39:41]:
I probably maybe read two CEO kind of like leadership books. Throughout my last almost 15 years of this journey, all my books have been more like faith based, like working on my spirituality, you know, say my relationship with Christ. But I’m getting more into my CEO bag. I’m getting more my business owner bag, my leadership bag.

Darnyelle [00:40:01]:
If you have millions on your mind, then you need to get in the Haus. House of Millions is our up leveled suite of business advisory programs for entrepreneurs and small business owners ready for community and connections to accelerate their cash flow. Learn [email protected] dot so I’m really looking.

Jeremy [00:40:20]:
Forward to that season of me really evolving into that space. And I still get to preach the gospel on the weekends from time to time. I still speak at schools here or there, but I’m all the way in, in the corporate space. And God gave me a framework, if I can get 60 seconds to tell you about.

Darnyelle [00:40:34]:
Sure, absolutely.

Jeremy [00:40:35]:
Of this new system of helping people, like experience next level living. So God gave me a framework of how to do an experience next level living. And it’s through the framework of occupational integrity. And it’s really six questions that I take people in organizations through. One. Do you do your job efficiently and effectively without anybody having to watch you. You, as a business owner, you know, the feeling of, is my team actually working? Like, if I had a GoPro camera in the office or in the living room. So, do you do your job efficiently and effectively without anybody having to watch or micromanage you? The second question is to occupational integrity is, do you do your job efficiently and effectively at the highest level? There are some people, doc, you know this.

Jeremy [00:41:21]:
They will clock in the work, and they like, hey, I did my eight hour shift, but they ain’t really give it to y’all. They didn’t really give the best customer service. They didn’t really do the best. They didn’t clean the best. They just did enough to get by. Do you do your job efficiently and effectively at the highest level? The third one is, do you do your job officially and effectively at the highest level without needing praise, credit, or delays? There are some people that will show up and show out. As long as they get the award, as long as they get that pat on the back, as long as they get that trophy, as long as they can see that they’re at the top of the leaderboard. But can you be so mentally and emotionally and spiritually Teflon? Will you show up and be as great as you’ve been called to be? Because that’s just who you are.

Jeremy [00:42:03]:
Or are you the type of person where your performance is tied to the praise?

Darnyelle [00:42:07]:
Yeah.

Jeremy [00:42:08]:
So the third question of occupational integrity is, do you do your job efficiently and effectively at the highest level without needing praise, credit or accolades? And the fourth part is, can you do all of that in the face of adversity in the hard times? There are some people that operate at a really high level. As long as the climate, the situation, the environment is perfect. Yeah, but what happens when things are off? Do you still bring your a game? The reason people have so much love for Kobe Bryant is when my man tore his achilles, he still limped to the free throw line and hit the last few free throws because he was fouled and then went off to have a season ending surgery, but helped his team win the game. The reason why people love MJ so much is he wasn’t 100%, but he still scored like, what, 40 or 60 points while he had the flu. Right. So, do you do your job efficiently and effectively at the highest level without needing praise, credit, accolades. When you’re not feeling the best, when it seems like your world is crashing around you, and I focus on the human part, I realized that some people aren’t able to do and give 100%. Well, I tell folks, we’re not asking for you to be perfect.

Jeremy [00:43:10]:
We’re asking for a perfect effort. Maybe you have 65%. If that’s all you can give, just give me what you got. So when I series of questions, people are like, wow. And then, I mean, crowds in the crowd, it’s like, yep. I do my job efficient and effectively. Nobody has to watch and micromanage me. I do it at the highest level.

Jeremy [00:43:28]:
I don’t need praise, credit, accolades. You ain’t got to pay me no attention. I don’t need no awards. I’m still going to show up and shine, and I do it in the face of adversity. But then I ask them, do you give your family that same energy? And then the whole crowd is just like, oh, just like what you said, the whole crowd. You feel a sift in the room. You feel conviction take place. And this is what I hit him with, doc.

Jeremy [00:43:48]:
Here’s the knockout punch. Occupational integrity is not you operating at the highest level with integrity within your occupation. No, no, no. Occupational integrity is you operating at the highest level with integrity in all the spaces you occupy.

Darnyelle [00:44:02]:
Occupy. Oh, okay. Okay, Jeremy. Okay. I love this, and let me tell you why. So, earlier this year. So my theme for this year is anchored ascension. So I said, in order for me to go up, I got to go deeper, right? I got to go down.

Darnyelle [00:44:14]:
I got to go deeper into the word, deeper into my relationship with Goddesse. God sent me to Deuteronomy. Deuteronomy is the book of all the laws, all the rules, right? They’re about to inhabit the promised land, and Moses isn’t going with them, so he’s got to prepare them for what’s coming. Chapter seven of Deuteronomy. Eight times in chapter seven, God tells Moses to tell them to enter and occupy, because, see, most of us enter, we take. You just demonstrated that we’re taking up space. I mean, we’re not taking up space. We’ve entered.

Darnyelle [00:44:45]:
We’ve come into the room. We’re doing our job, but we’re not doing it efficiently and effectively. We’re not doing it without being micromanaged. We’re not doing it with the highest level. We’re not doing it without a need for praise. We’re not doing it in the face of adversity. But we’re there. We’re doing the job a little bit.

Darnyelle [00:45:00]:
But how many of us actually take up space in that thing? I love that. I love that. And I can see why you’re setting corporate on fire with that message, because it is very different than what they have been, quote unquote, preaching in the space. And it will allow the individual contributor to experience a paradigm shift that shifts the whole organization.

Jeremy [00:45:26]:
Now I’m about to go deeper. Just so you know, when they deuteronomy seven, I’m about to really study that. So now when I preach it, I got even more depth.

Darnyelle [00:45:32]:
Listen, enter and occupy. The first time, I was like, oh, second time, the third time, by the 7th time he said it. Because I’m about to preach that at my event, we’re going to do it. We have a whole session on embodiment. Because to me, that means to really embody who God says that you are. If you see yourself the way that God says it, that you should be seen and you operate as if there is nothing being held back from you, we don’t have what it is that we say that we want because we’ve entered, but we’re not occupying it. And we’re not occupying it because we don’t believe it, because we don’t feel worthy, because we’re looking for external validation for all of the reasons we’re chasing the things that don’t matter instead of being fully who God already called us to be before we were formed in our mother’s womb. And if we would take a hold of that.

Jeremy [00:46:18]:
And you know what’s crazy? When they go through, when I hit them with that fifth question, they’re like, oh, conviction. And I challenge them. Like, man, don’t give your company your best and your family the rest. I’m like a lot of high level, high functioning people. Salesman of the year, top lead of the year, executive of the year, teacher of the year, the president’s club. Like, yeah, they will admit I give my organization the best and my family whatever is left over. I’m like, don’t. Do you know what I’m saying? Never make your family feel like they’re in competition with your company, with your business, et cetera.

Jeremy [00:46:49]:
You are first a husband, a father or son or daughter, like that type of thing. So now having that shit. But then I can sense in the room, they feel almost helpless, hopeless. They kind of. I can feel the. And I’m setting them up. Holy ghost. Have them feel the anxiety.

Jeremy [00:47:04]:
And they could. Now they’re thinking like, okay, well, okay, I can give my all to the job, but. And give it to my family, a lot of them in the. I’m sorry. How many of you all feel like that’s almost impossible, almost every hand goes up. And it is unless you, depending on how you answer this last question. And so I say, here’s the last space you occupy, not just as an employee, not just as a senior vp, not just as an executive, not just as a mother or a father or a husband or wife, but you occupy the space of your mind, occupy the space of your body. Your body is a temple.

Darnyelle [00:47:37]:
Yes.

Jeremy [00:47:37]:
I’m like, now, do you operate with integrity? The highest level? How are you taking care of you? And then I go into self care and I go into temple and I go into them taking care of their mind and meditating and praying and yoga, whatever they do, what they eat, making sure that they get Rem sleep, like, how they can better take care of themselves. I’m like, it’s that much easier now for you to show up and be phenomenal for your family and your company when you first start with you. So that’s what I’m most excited about because it kind of gives a different type of shift. So that is what I’ve really been leaning in, and I’m really excited about that. So I’m really ready to take that and just help it to evolve and create even more courses and programs and really add value to the marketplace because it crosses over into so many different aspects.

Darnyelle [00:48:19]:
It does.

Jeremy [00:48:20]:
People of God, we supposed to be the head and not the tail. We supposed to be not beneath, right? But we don’t operate like that.

Darnyelle [00:48:27]:
No. When people of God ask, yeah, we’re downtrodden and we are victims, and we are, you know, relying on what somebody said about us that isn’t even true, that we can’t let go of. And it’s impacting everything.

Jeremy [00:48:43]:
Yep, yep. And God is not pleased. And the enemy sitting there laughing. Yeah, that’s what I’m excited about. I’m excited for your conference. I’m excited for our conference. And I’m just excited about growing. I just feel like I believe, you know, that God will open up all the doors and put me where I need to be as long as I’m in alignment with him.

Jeremy [00:49:01]:
So my biggest thing is just making sure I’m locked in with him. The enemy can’t stop what I’m doing. Can’t. No haters. It would only be me.

Darnyelle [00:49:08]:
Only Jeremy can stop it.

Jeremy [00:49:10]:
That’s right. And I’ve gotten this far in life because I’m just continuously crucifying the flesh, moving past what I want to do and just being obedient to his voice. And that can be hard at times. Can I just let your listeners, your viewers know that, like, that is flogging, you know what I’m saying? My mentor one time told me, doctor Leslie Pollard said partial obedience is complete disobedience.

Darnyelle [00:49:31]:
Exactly.

Jeremy [00:49:33]:
And I was sitting back and I was just like, shoot. Cause, you know, you pat this up in the back when you’re like, well, God, I did this, this, this. He’s like, but what about the other thing? Partial obedience is complete disobedience. So I’m in that place now where I’m like, I’ve got to be completely obedient to what God has for me so I can get everything he got for me.

Darnyelle [00:49:50]:
Yeah, that’s so good. Oh, that’s so good. This has been amazing. Before I let you go, I got to ask you our three closing questions. And the primary reason why we do this, Jeremy, is because we very seldom talk about business, but it’s allegedly a business Podcast, right? So these last three questions allow us to ground it so that our listeners can, can take a source of inspiration from some of the things that have inspired you and keep you going in those moments of business when it’s hard. Because, you know, every day is not sunshine and rainbows, right? Sometimes it’s a torrential downpour, and there is no way that you will see the sun in entrepreneurship. So my first question is, is there a book that when you are thinking about your journey, you know, making millions of dollars, multiple companies, a well established brand, just an amazing human, is there a book that you draw from that gives you the power and the strength to keep going?

Jeremy [00:50:47]:
I will give you two if I can. One is a faith based book. This is one of the first books I read, actually, when I went through my conversion process. It’s called cast of characters. I’m actually Cato, the cast of characters by Max Licado. And that book was pivotal for me because it kind of showed me how in the Bible, how God used regular people like us with massive issues. And for me, it was a reminder that his strength is made perfect in our weakness. And so I need that reminder from time to time, because sometimes that imposter syndrome kicks in, or you wonder if you’re good enough, or you wonder like, you know, what I should God.

Jeremy [00:51:21]:
It’s like, nope, forward and beyond. I got even more for you. So that is one book. And then John Maxwell, the 360 leader is a book I’m reading now because I really want to be the best, well rounded leader, especially with me having a message now of helping individuals be the best, well rounded version of themselves. So those would be the books I would mention.

Darnyelle [00:51:41]:
Awesome. And I love both of them because the game really changes when you shift into being a better leader. Like, people think that the move to millions is about the strategy. No, it’s really about you and the leadership. It’s who you become on the journey, and that’s how it gets you the other side. So I love that. Okay, now hit me with a quote. What’s the quote that when you think about, again, the hard days in entrepreneurship or just the hard days in life, what’s a quote that you go back to that gives you the strength and the courage to keep moving?

Jeremy [00:52:12]:
My condition is not my conclusion. And then I flip it for others and I say, your condition is not your conclusion. And people need that reminder because sometimes they feel like what they dealing with right now, they need. The reminder is temporary.

Darnyelle [00:52:28]:
Yeah.

Jeremy [00:52:28]:
Weapons going for them, but they not go prosper. You more than a conqueror get off of that victim mindset. This is just a part of it. Right. And so that would be. That would be the number one quote. I would say that journey. Yeah.

Darnyelle [00:52:41]:
And then lastly, is there a tool that you swear by as you have made millions upon millions upon millions, some of those millions that we made together? Is there a tool?

Jeremy [00:52:52]:
Yeah, it’s more of a mindset, which is, you know, God will bless you with what he can trust you with. I think about my kids. It’s like my daughter told me she, you know, her favorite color is purple, so she wants a metallic purple lambo when she turns 16. Now, I’m not gonna get her a metallic purple lambo, not because I can’t afford it. It’s because I can’t trust her with the car.

Darnyelle [00:53:13]:
Correct.

Jeremy [00:53:15]:
So she probably get like a sob or a minivan. Some super safe. Maybe get her a Subaru.

Darnyelle [00:53:21]:
Subaru.

Jeremy [00:53:21]:
Get her a Subaru.

Darnyelle [00:53:22]:
Those are real safe.

Jeremy [00:53:23]:
Something super safe. Right. And then maybe when she graduates from. From high school, get her some little nice. And in college now, if you go now, you can get that picking out. It’s not because I don’t want to give poor. I just can’t trust her. She’s not ready for that yet.

Jeremy [00:53:37]:
So God will bless you with where he can trust you with. So if I ever don’t have something in this season, because there are some people, doc, that have heard what you said, and it’s like, yeah, we should have this. We’re children of God. But they’re in lack right now. They’re watching and they’re listening, and they’re like, okay, I’m in lack, right? Temporarily. Your condition will not be your conclusion. You have no clue. The storeHaus that God has over here waiting for you, you gotta just mature to be able to inhabit that.

Jeremy [00:54:01]:
Even the children of Israel. God was like, this is the land I have for you. But because y’all put these people up in place, and you listen to them, and you didn’t listen to the two spies, you listened to the ten that said no, they’re like giants. They’re like grasshoppers. You’re not even ready to receive the riches, the abundance, the wealth, the amazing life I have for you. So I’m gonna let y’all wander for 40 years and all the people that had all that negative energy until all of them die off.

Darnyelle [00:54:27]:
Till they die off, right?

Jeremy [00:54:29]:
And so God is just like, son, I have. I have more for you. I am the God of Ephesians 320 now, able to do exceedingly and abundantly, more than you can think or ask by the power that worketh in us. God is like, son, I got so much for you, but you not ready for it yet. I wish you would grow up. I wish you mature. I wish you would hurry up and become who you’re supposed to be so you can have what you supposed to have. So that’s what I live by.

Jeremy [00:54:52]:
God is that God will bless us with what he can trust us with.

Darnyelle [00:54:56]:
I love it. It’s such. Such a powerful reminder and such a great tool. Okay, I lied. One more thing. I almost forgot. Like, I forgot. So you and I had the opportunity to do some work together.

Darnyelle [00:55:09]:
And I would just love if you would just take a quick minute and talk about that experience and why other people should seek to come and work with me to help them to do what it is that they do.

Jeremy [00:55:19]:
So, first off, you came. You’re always a student, and the level of humility and confidence you have, I feel like is the perfect blend. And you came to our conference in 2020, 2021 downtown. And what they don’t know about you is, after the event ended, you stay behind you was pouring into people. You was loving on folks. You was just being you. And then I had a long line of people that wanted to come and talk to me, and I was intentional about trying to talk to every person, and then you were one of the last ones. And a few more people got behind you, and you said, nope, I’m gonna let you go.

Jeremy [00:55:50]:
And then you came up, and so gracefully and so respectfully was like, this event was amazing. I felt, God, here. I do events. Do you mind if I make a few recommendations? And you, you know, my response was like, absolutely. Like, I know, I’m still trying to figure this thing out. And the few things you told me and the way you spoke life to me for ten minutes, like, I was just, I was just taking in so much information. I was like, oh, man, she’s different. So I knew when our next event was coming around, I was like, it’s time for me to start having seven figure events.

Jeremy [00:56:20]:
It’s okay to make a couple hundred thousand dollars, but there’s a whole other level that I believe we should go to. So we reached out to you. You actually flew, you know, saying, to Atlanta, came to my home, was here in the office. When your phone went off at 320, it was like, oh, I’m sorry, that’s my alarm. You kind of let us know, like, why? I was like, the scripture, it was just so beautiful. And so I was just like, man, she’s a real powerful woman of God. And so you’ve actually guided us the last two years to help our events hit bigger milestones every single time. So if anybody, I tell people this all the time, Doc, if somebody is looking for a coach or a mentor to take them to the next level, you need to first ask them, have they experienced success and sustainable success for several years? Because unfortunately, there are people out here that’s calling themselves gurus and they’ve been successful for a year or two.

Jeremy [00:57:09]:
And I’m like, you ain’t went to no pandemic. You ain’t with no recession like stock market crash. So you got the credibility, right? You’ve got the longevity. Then it’s like, okay, do you have other people? There were Google, I can help people do this, this, this and that. And it’s just like, okay, well, is there anybody that you’ve helped that I can talk to? You know what I’m saying? So it’s like, if they don’t have other people that can say, hey, she’s helping me hit these numbers. She’s helped me break the like, then, okay, then that’s it. But if you do, that’s another check. And then you gotta ask yourself, like, okay, are they actually experiencing as well? And it’s clear that you’re making millions on top of millions, right? And the fourth thing is you want to find a culture and mentor or whose values are in alignment with yours, right? There are people, doc, I could have brought in to seek some counsel from, but I’m like, I don’t really know what you really stand for.

Jeremy [00:57:59]:
The energy. Like, you might be the most brilliant person, but it could be wicked because the devil be blessing people. You know what I’m saying?

Darnyelle [00:58:06]:
Yes, he do.

Jeremy [00:58:06]:
I tell folks, you want to find somebody that is credible, that has crazy track record, that’s actually experiencing it themselves and has helped several other people and then whose values and alignment are in tune with yours. And so you check off all the boxes, and you have personally been a game changer for me, my family, and our company and our whole organization. And now we still run it with your framework and blueprint. And now people are like, all your advances are phenomenal. I’m like, shut out. Shout out to Doc. You know what I’m saying? She blessed me. So thank you so much for that.

Jeremy [00:58:38]:
And I pray nothing but blessings and favor and excitement. And may the power of God blow your mind. May you sit back and you just be in tears. Sit back and see the overflow and the success of this upcoming event that you have coming up soon.

Darnyelle [00:58:53]:

Go grab your free seat right [email protected]. you know I didn’t lie to you, right? I mean, are you like, standing up, running around doing cartwheels in your home right now because of the passion with which Jeremy does everything? There are so many notes I took, y’all. It was such a good, rich conversation. Now, I’ve known Jeremy for a couple of years now. We’ve had the opportunity to work together. I’ve had the opportunity to spend time with him and his family in his beautiful home in Atlanta.

Darnyelle [01:00:07]:
And who he presented himself to be during this conversation is exactly who he is. A self described servant saved by Grace, who used to question his worth but now recognizes the power and the purpose that proceeds out of his mouth. I loved when he said and he was talking about his own journey and the work that he gets to do, he says, and he was having a conversation with someone, you don’t got to. You get to the intention with which, the way he moves. I love that. I love all of it. When he said, this is just the beginning, all of the hair is on my arms, and y’all know I’m Harry, they stood on in because he recognized the significance of his surrender and going all in to be the best version of himself. I am excited for you that you got to have this conversation.

Darnyelle [01:01:02]:
When we got into the occupational integrity that he’s now doing in corporations, and he gave us those five steps. Good stuff. Here are the questions in case you didn’t get to catch them and write them down. Do you do your job without being watched or micromanaged? Do you do your job at the highest level? Do you do your job without praise, credit, or accolades? Can you do that in the face of adversity? And do you give your family that same exact energy? The concept of occupational integrity is next level, and it’s something that I want you to think about in your own business. I want you to listen and reflect that back to the people who support you on your team. And I want you to think about if you show up at home like you show up in your business. That, for me, was like a quick little dagger and a reality check. Darnyelle, make sure that you’re given the same energy at home that you are giving in your office.

Darnyelle [01:01:59]:
It’s part of the reason why I got my workHaus, so that I would have some level of separation and I would be able to recalibrate between the end of my work day and coming home so that I could, as I like to say, Anita Baker. It give the best that I’ve got to my husband when I get home. It’s such an important question and quest to go on if you truly deserve to live, love, and lead at the next level. I hope you enjoyed this conversation as much as I did. We’ll put information about how you can connect with, reach out to and follow Jeremy in the show notes, and I’ll see you guys next time.
