So in this episode, I want to show you the governance system that holds it all together. The method that has taken hundreds of entrepreneurs from hustle to harmony, from six figures to seven figures to multiple seven figures. And more importantly, it's the method that ensures that your business doesn't just bless you, it becomes the container for your calling. This, so we are clear, is not just a business model, this is the infrastructure for your mantle. So I want to take you behind the curtain of the move to millions method. So the move to millions method was not built overnight. And just so we're clear, it originally started as the leverage your incredible factor system. Now let's not talk about that too long, but once upon a time there was a signature system called the Leverage your incredible factor system.

And it was actually the name of my podcast too. The Leverage your incredible factor podcast. As you could tell by the name, it didn't move you like Move to Million does, right? And so we ended up as we rebranded, shifting everything. When we decided to go from the leverage your incredible factor system, which was 10 steps, we moved into the move to millions method. And the first version had five pillars. And because this was not downloaded overnight and even adjusted overnight, I want to be very clear, this was built through fire tested obedience, divine downloads, seasons of frustration, refinement and revelation, and 17 plus years of building, breaking, rebuilding and becoming my own business and in the businesses of those that we serve. And I didn't create what is this final methodology which is now the backdrop of everything that we do in our company. I mean, we've got the lead millions method, the sell millions method, the make millions move method.

We've got all of these sub methods and you know where they originate from. The move to millions method. This is the backdrop and the sidebar here. For those of you who are listening that haven't yet crossed seven figures, a way to do that is to get your core framework and methodology down because it should be able to take you all the way to and beyond the seven figure mark. Now, I did not create the method to make money. I created it because I saw too many anointed entrepreneurs who were stalled in survival cycles. Seriously. They have faith, but they didn't have frameworks.

They have vision, but they didn't have the right vehicles in place to move the vision forward. They had the ability to prophecy, but they did not have a plan. And you know, I, I know that that felt really churchy. So I, I just Want to be very, very clear. Y' all know I am a God girl. I am in relationship with God and I do love me some Jesus. I am not religious. This is not about church.
Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:06:07]:
This is about kingdom. I just want to be very, very clear. But I am in tune with my Creator and we connect on a regular basis. And when I heard the Holy Spirit say structure it so that they can steward it, I knew I needed to deepen the methodology and it. Initially there were five pillars. We now have seven pillars. Because I recognize the significance of this being the backdrop of a business's infrastructure. And the cool thing about it is that we work with corporations and governmental entities too.
Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:06:36]:
And guess what? We work with them on the move to millions method. Because it doesn't matter. It is business type agnostic. It is industry agnostic. It does not matter. Every business needs strategy optimization, sales infrastructure, solidification systems and efficiency support, team alignment, self care, soul leadership and success mindset, period. That's what I love about it. It's universal.

It's language that we get to speak every time we're helping to transform a business through our company. I think about that scripture in Psalms 1:27, verse 1. Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain. This method is the house that God gave me to build. I'm very, very clear that everything that I do is divinely orchestrated. And because we originally had five pillars that are reflected in my book Move to Millions, the proven framework to become a million dollar CEO with grace and ease instead of hustle and grinding. But you know, right after the book launch, I received a new revelation that success mindset had to be expanded into three distinct layers. And so we did.

We broke success mindset into success mindset, soul leadership, and self care. Why? Because you cannot build from inheritance if you have a fragmented identity. Period. Point blank. Right? That's what I realized. If you've been doing all the right things besides still feel like you're carrying more weight than you should, it's not your strategy, it's your pattern. There's a hidden way that you lead that's shaping your money, your success and your peace. And until you see it, you'll keep working harder than you have to.

And to access them, you need only move mastery, operational obedience, vision and execution. Here's what I know. Without structure, you'll burn out before you cash out. And that's not what we desire for you. So the seven pillars of the method, the 2.0 of the method, this is really, I want you to understand, it's not just pillars. These are prophetic protocols that form the foundation of that are going to lead to business growth, wealth and financial legacy. They are sequential, they are strategic, and they are spiritually governed. I just want to be very, very clear.

Now let's go one by one. Number one, strategy optimization, which is really about your business model alignment. You can't scale chaos, right? So strategy optimization is about building a business model that is rooted in margin, not martyrdom. This is where you stop guessing and you stop governing. Now, when you go deeper into the method, you will learn that there are 10 different areas of your strategy that you need to optimize. I'm not getting into that today. Have a whole nother episode here on the podcast that breaks down and teaches through all of that. We'll link it in the show notes.

Second pillar is sales infrastructure. Solidification sales is not just about closing. It's about consistency, calibration and covenant exchange. Sales become sacred when it's no longer performative.

We move from pitching to partnering, from chasing to creating an atmosphere for conversion. Money moves when you anchor in truth and invite in transformation. Third pillar is systems and operational efficiency. This is the pillar that makes your business sound and scalable. Systems really help to make your millions predictable. And I believe that systems are not suffocating, they're spiritual. Because order is divine. Right? I think about 1 Corinthians 14:40.
Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:12:06]:
Let all things be done decent and in order. As a legacy led CEO, you need to operate in flow low because you have function, because you put the systems and infrastructure in place. This pillar is how you stop being the bottleneck in your own business. Fourth pillar is support team alignment. This is where you stop hiring helpers and start building an ecosystem. We don't build teams just to execute. We build them to extend the mantle. Your team should carry the vision when you rest.
Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:12:36]:
Because rest is not retreat, it's reinforcement. Delegation is not about dropping responsibility, it's about distributing stewardship. Can I get a witness? Listen. Fifth pillar is success mindset. And this is all internal infrastructure. This is about the rewiring, the identity work, the energetic alignment between your calling and your capacity. Most entrepreneurs and seven figure CEOs in the making are still secretly ruled by scarcity, guilt, fear of being too much, fear of being abandoned, fear of success. This pillar is going to clear the interference and restore the authority that God gave you in Genesis 1 and 26.
Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:13:18]:
Pillar number six is soul leadership. This is about spiritual alignment. This is the obedience pillar. Everything changes when you move from fear to faith. You choose alignment over urgency and you listen to God instead of gurus. This is about divine decision making and becoming the vessel your vision is demanding. Your strategy alone won't save you. You already know that.
Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:13:41]:
Your surrender however it can and it will. This is why soul has to meet strategy to go to the next level. Now, can you get to seven figures without soul? Sure. But you are going to have a reckoning when you do. And you're going to be so mad at yourself that you grind it when you could have done it with grace and glory. That's all I'm saying. I know this to be true. And then pillar number seven is self care.
Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:14:05]:
And this is about sustainable expansion. It's not about indulgence. This is infrastructure. If your body can't hold what your business is building, then it will collapse both your business and your body. This is about nervous system regulation, boundary development, pleasure, rest and restoration. We don't build from burnout, we build from wholeness. That is all of the pillars. Very high level.

So when the method is implemented, you'll scale without spinning, you'll lead without leaking, and you'll steward without striving. You won't just make sales, you'll make. Sons and daughters in the marketplace had a client who came to work with us who implemented the full method. Their revenue increased. Absolutely.

But what she told me was this. She said, I'm not afraid of success anymore, y'. All. That is legacy. That is what we do this for. It gets me so, so very excited.
