So many people mistake scaling. They think that scaling is the same as growth and they are nothing the same. If you listen to the full episode then you know scaling is about multiplication, duplication and replication. And attempting to scale before you have something that you want to duplicate, multiply or replicate is a recipe for disaster. It’s a cruisin for a bruising and it will delay and derail you making it to and beyond the million dollar mark. So just like I shared in the full length episode, I want you to make sure that you do each of those five things and take the time that it takes to get them done. You don’t want to rush through setting a foundation for your business because if you do, it will come back to haunt you on the other side. And we want you to have a business that you can easily and effortlessly sustain so that as you build your team, you are building a team that can expand your reach without compromising how you personally get to show up and giving you the freedom to start other projects, to thought lead and to be out in the world instead of behind a desk or even the only one working with your clients.
