Now these minutes did start in our Move to Millions affirmation card day for CEO’s. We started there.

I’ll be honest, it’s been weeks since I’ve actually looked at the cards. I’ve really just been allowing my spirit to speak to me and as I’ve been in prayer and contemplation and reflection with the spirit, I’ve just been allowing what comes out to come through on the show. You helping us get the word out in the world is what’s going to continue to take this movement and shift it from a moment into a true catalyst for more businesses crossing the million dollar mark. Earlier this year, Wells Fargo produced a new report for black women owned businesses. For years we were talking about $24,000 a year is what the average black woman owned business made to our white business owners, women counterparts making $142,900. Well, we got a small raise now. According to Wells Fargo, black women owned businesses are generating $47,000 a year.

Our white counterparts are generating $192,600. So progress is being made, and I’d like to believe that the Move to Millions movement, the podcast, the live event house of Millions, all the things are contributing because we are creating new opportunities for black women entrepreneurs every single day to defy the statistics and to increase what they’re earning because of this powerful podcast and because of listeners like you. Oh, the way my body is reverberating right now, there’s a few things I want to pull on in this week’s affirmation.

Operational excellence, one of my secret superpowers and why many of our clients today, especially those who are already generating millions of dollars a year, come and work with me and my team is because of our operational prowess, our array, our way around systems and infrastructure, and understanding. The full life cycle of a business is bar none. And our ability to operate in meticulous attention to detail gives our clients the confidence and the consistency of being able to leverage the same thing inside of their business. And so when I think about how we’ve been able to use my God given gifts and talents to develop frameworks, systems and methodologies that we use with our clients. I mean, at last count our frameworks and methodologies were more than 24. I love a good framework and I love how presenting this in an operational infrastructure makes it easy for our clients to adapt and to support them to and beyond the million dollar mark. You know, it’s no secret I sleep on a bed of million dollar CEO’s. 45 1st time million dollar CEO’s have been created through our work and 25 next million dollar CEO’s have been created through our work in just the last few years and we are literally getting started.
Darnyelle [00:06:40]:
So as you think about your own operational excellence and your own disciplined obedience, when I think about move, the acronym for move out of, Move to Millions, mastery, operational obedience, vision and execution. That operational obedience piece is the piece where most business owners get hemmed up. You understand the strategy, you got the mastery down, you know what it is that you do and you know how to do it well. That’s why your business is a success. And your success is not a question. But where we lose sight of the biggest opportunities is in operational obedience. Operational and understanding the significance of operating like a CEO in obedience and understanding the role that your spiritual spirituality and the spiritual principles that govern our universe and govern our businesses play in your business. I don’t talk about forgiveness, alignment, surrender, embodiment because it sounds good.
Darnyelle [00:07:35]:
I talk about it because it is true. It is principle that really does guide the profitability of your business to and beyond the milestone that you are looking to hit. And so, as you think about this week, we are in the final months in the first half of the year 2024. We’re going to be coming into halftime here shortly. I want you to be thinking about how you can be more operationally obedient as you write down this week’s journal prompts. Number one, when I think about operational obedience, what rises up in me is, number two, the biggest opportunity I have right now to shift operationally and obediently is. And number three, I know that if I can show up fully in my business being operationally obedient, everything will change. As I want you to take some time and journal around these three prompts.

I’m so excited to hear what comes up for you. It’s oxymoronic to an extent to think about the need and necessity for you to be operationally obedient.
