Ep 414: Why Your Business Feels Stalled (And It’s Not Your Strategy)
This episode is powered by The Ascension Archetype Quiz.
This is the first episode in the Pruning Season Series
After having served thousands of entrepreneurs and small business owners who desire to grow, leverage and scale their businesses, I have learned that pruning is a big part of the journey of scaling. But here’s the part no one tells you… growth is not being blocked because something is broken. Growth is being blocked because something is still working that you were never meant to take forward. And if you’re honest, you already know what it is. The offer. The identity. The version of you that built this level. This episode is going to confront the lie that more strategy is the answer, and reveal the truth that your next level is waiting on your willingness to release what you’ve outgrown. If your business feels stalled, heavy, or misaligned… this is not the episode you casually listen to. This is the one that reads you.
If your business feels stalled, heavy, or like it’s taking longer than it should to reach your next level, this conversation will disrupt everything you think you know about growth. In this raw and real kickoff to the Pruning Season series, Dr. Darnyelle breaks down the truth about why high-performing entrepreneurs hit invisible ceilings, not because strategy isn’t working, but because they’re holding onto offers, identities, and business models they’ve already outgrown. This episode explores business growth stalls, CEO identity evolution, scaling challenges, nervous system resistance, letting go in business, and why pruning is the prerequisite for sustainable 7-figure and multi-7-figure expansion.
Here’s the truth: you are not stalled because nothing is happening… you are stalled because you are holding onto something God is trying to end. And no amount of strategy can override resistance to release.
You’ll walk away with clarity around what pruning actually looks like in real time, the five stages every CEO experiences in a pruning season, and how to recognize whether you are resisting, delaying, or actively stepping into your next level. You’ll also understand why what feels like confusion is actually divine recalibration.

This episode is a call to unequivocally radical honesty. To stop pretending your next level requires more effort and finally admit that it requires more surrender. It is a call to release the version of you that got you here so you can become the version required for where you’re going..
This is your invitation to to pause long enough to see what you’ve been avoiding. To name what you already know needs to go. To stop negotiating with your next level and start trusting that what you’re being asked to release is not loss… it’s preparation
- “You are not stalled because God is not moving… you are stalled because you are holding on.”
- Every door you refuse to close is keeping you in the hallway.”
- “You are not tired because you are doing too much. You are tired because you are doing too much of what you should have already released.”
- “Expansion does not happen through accumulation. Expansion happens through capacity.”
- “Pruning is a blessing even when it feels like punishment.”
- “You are tired because you are carrying what you were never meant to take forward.”
- “Pruning seasons do not last long… we make them last by resisting.”
- What am I currently holding onto that I already know I’ve outgrown?
- Where in my business am I trying to fix something that is meant to end?
- Am I adding more strategy instead of creating space?
- What identity am I afraid to release because it validates my success?
- What would happen if I trusted that this season is preparation, not punishment?

Pruning Season Series Ep 1
Darnyelle: [00:00:00] The pruning, you keep praying through. It's not happening to you. It's happening for you. And the reason it feels like it is taking so long is because you, my friend, have been resisting it. Listen, I know, I get it because I was resisting it too.
For more than a year. So if you've been wondering why your next level feels like it is taking forever, way longer than it should, this episode is one that you do not wanna miss.
Let me tell you what pruning actually looks like when you are knee deep into it. You've been praying for your next level. You've been asking God to expand your [00:01:00] territory.
You have been writing the vision and making it plain on vision boards. You've been setting all the goals, revenue goals, sales goals, tithing goals. You've been decreeing and declaring over your business and you have been doing. Every single thing you know how to do in order to get the business to grow, and at the same exact time you've been holding onto everything that you have ever built to get here, I'm talking about every offer, every client, every structure, every version of yourself that produced the results that you are currently experiencing in your business.
And here's what I want you to know. I want you to hear, and I want you to understand, if you are feeling stalled right now, you are not stalled because God is not moving. Mm-hmm. You, my friend, are stalled because you are still trying to grow what God is trying to put to an end. Mm. I'm sorry. Let me say that one more time just in case you did [00:02:00] not hear me.
You are not stalled because God is not moving. No friend. You are actually experiencing a stall because you. Are holding way too tightly to the version of yourself and everything that you built from that version that you have actually evolved beyond and outgrown. Listen, I can tell you this honestly, 'cause I've been there, done that and gotten the t-shirt.
You do not have a strategy problem. Mm-hmm. You have a letting go problem. And in this episode I am gonna walk you through exactly what it looks like. And I want to help you to understand how to tell the difference between where you are and what is actually going on. We'll even get into the five stages of what this season and your life and your business look like, and I want you to understand why the place that you are standing right now is not a detour from your next level.
If you play your cards right, if you [00:03:00] are willing to be open and allow, it can be a path forward. In the event that we have not yet met, I am Dr. Darnyelle. I am the founder and CEO of Incredible One Enterprises. I am the creator of several life and business changing frameworks, including the Move to Millions Method, and I am the host. Of this podcast you are watching or listening to the Move to Millions podcast. I am so excited that you are here. This is season seven and this is the kickoff of a brand new series called Pruning Season.
If you have been here for a while, thank you so much for coming back and if you are new here. Welcome to my OG listeners. I'm so excited to be expanding upon my gap year episode. Y'all hit my DMS real hard and I'm grateful for it because I was literally sitting there trying to figure out whether or not this would be content anybody wanted me to share more of.
[00:04:00] So this episode, I want you to pull up because it is going to be very, very honest. In fact, I'm gonna start with a confession because I cannot teach a series about pruning from my pedestal. I can't do theory, right? I am, if I'm being honest, not on the other side of my own pruny season.
Looking back to tell you what I learned, I am in it right here, right now. Today. Listen, I believe that pruning always comes before the promise, and because I am in the midst of this right now as I navigate my gap year, it felt real relevant for me to share and it. And I wanted to offer you some real time explanations and understanding, as well as to give you a look into what's going on inside of my world.
I'm actually even thinking about starting a substack. So if you'd like to see me start a substack to go even deeper than I will here on the show, let your girl know by shooting me a DM or tagging me in a story. As you listen to this [00:05:00] episode, here's what I've come to learn and understand. Pruning is a blessing even though it feels like punishment and it feels like correction.
Now, if you've been following me for any length of time, you know, 2026 is a gap year for me and my business. I'm starting to talk about that more online. I made a strategic and intentional decision to pauses revenue. Okay, an activity in order to reset, recalibrate, and shift my business to match my evolution.
Listen, y'all, I turned 50, and I don't know if you're 50 out in these streets, but me out in these streets, my fifties are for freedom, and so I'm giving myself the time and the space to travel, to just be and to calibrate the next season of my life and business. You see, many years ago, I considered myself a one trick pony.
All I was. Was good at business. It was before I got into my marriage or any of those things, [00:06:00] but here's what I learned. I learned how to expand my capacity for more, and when I did, my life got very full. And over the last 18 months it got so full that if I'm being honest, I could not breathe inside of it.
And y'all know what we do initially, we just keep pressing. We keep pushing, we keep doing what we've been doing because if it ain't broke, don't fix it, right? But as I turned 50, I realized that pressing only exasperates when I'm no longer called to. So I decided to stop almost everything in order to get super clear and to exercise the courage to shift everything in my life.
That wasn't serving me at the level that I now know I deserve. And I mean everything, I'll maybe I'll tell more about that later. And let me just be honest. It has been interesting to say the least. Y'all, I want you to pray for me. If you pray for me. If you [00:07:00] don't pray for me and you don't have anything good to say, keep your mouth shut.
But I said a lot already and on the episode about the gap year, I shared some of the details. But what I've not said publicly until now, what deciding to take this gap year is actually costing me, and I wanna set the record straight. I cannot do a series all about pruning without telling you what I'm pruning, right?
So first and foremost, it's cost me a multiple seven figure business that was still producing, deciding to take a year off from revenue, meaning I don't know what my revenue is gonna be this year because I'm focused and intently not on driving revenue. Listen, it cost me a signature program that I had been running for more than 15 years.
Often with a wait list with testimonials and case studies. It's where those 85 testimonials come from of our first or next seven figure CEOs that we've helped establish. Right? It was a model I knew how to scale with my eyes closed and [00:08:00] my hands tied behind the back. It cost me clients that I love and it cost me a version of my team that I took care to build.
And before I decided to stop what was happening, it was costing me multiple six figures in cash flow, doing what I was no longer feeling called to, but doing it because if it ain't broke, don't fix it. And if I'm telling you the whole truth, it also cost me an identity that I had carefully built and curated over the last 18 years.
The woman who was running the business that she is no longer called to was good at doing it. She was respected. She had been recognized and won lots of awards like the Inc. 5,000. In my background. For those of you who are watching this episode on YouTube, she had a rhythm. She had proof. But she was also tired.
She was also burnt out. She had outgrown most of it, but in fear of releasing something that was working, she let it all overstay. It's [00:09:00] welcome. Listen, I'm gonna be so honest with you in this series. The first thing I did was I negotiated. I told God that I could just make some tweaks, that I could just rework here and rework there, that I could just bring on more team members, and I did in fact bring on team members.
I offered every single modification that I could think of in order to avoid doing the very thing that I was starting to feel bubble up in my spirit that God was telling me to do, and that was to release my last level. Listen, y'all, I'll be honest, it had to smack me in the face while I was in Bali, in Singapore that I could not return home to the same business that I had been building for the last 18 years.
The last 15 years that have been profitable and the last 12 years that had been at seven figures, the truth is somewhere underneath my faith. I believe that the thing that I had built was the only proof that I [00:10:00] had, that I belonged at this level. And if I let it go, I was afraid that I would lose my seat, that I would become obsolete, that no one would care about me and the work.
That I had built over the last nearly two decades. Listen, y'all, ego is a whole thing, y'all. And that right there is the heart of resistance. Being willing to keep it going just because it's working. It's costing some of y'all way too much. And we are in a season, there's a collective consciousness happening where you have to be honest with yourself.
And if you have been praying. For your next level for more than six months, and it has not yet arrived. I really want you to stop what you are doing and ask yourself if you are doing the same thing that I was doing, because here's what I want you to understand. Pruning seasons do not drag on unless we are the one who drag them and we drag them by refusing to put the things [00:11:00] down that our spirit is telling us to put down.
Listen, y'all been there, done that. Got the t-shirt. Now, I don't want you to just hear this from me, right? Let's look at what the word says. John 15 and two says, every branch in me that bears no fruit, he cuts off. We get that. We understand that part, right? But it goes on to say in every branch that does bear fruit, he prunes so that it will bear more fruit.
Let me run that back. He cuts off the branches that are not producing and he prunes the ones that are, which means that the thing that you are afraid to lose, the thing I was afraid to lose. The thing that you built, the thing that is producing it is not the thing that is being protected. It is the thing that is keeping you from your next level.
And you know, if you're feeling this way, you know exactly who I'm talking to [00:12:00] you because here's what I want you to know and understand. This is what I had to know and understand in order to give myself the courage to come into the gap year. If God only cut what was broken, then pruning would feel like correction, and you would know exactly why it was happening, right?
And you'd be able to fix it. You could make it happen. You could make it up, you could stay in control. But I need you to know and understand that pruning and elevating and evolving to your next level is about surrender. It's about trusting God to prune the fruits. It's about recognizing that what God is doing in you is better than what you've been doing on your own.
Now, the reason this season feels so confusing is because nothing is technically wrong. Your offer still works. My offer was still working, the revenue was still coming in, my reputation was still intact. Your reputation is still intact, and yet everything inside of you is likely telling you that [00:13:00] something has to change.
If you are resonating with this episode, and I wanna be so clear that my friend is not confusion, that is pruning. Harvard Business School Research showed me that 87% of Fortune 100 size companies experience at least one major growth stall in the past 50 years inside of their organizations. And here's the thing that I thought was really interesting.
The overwhelming majority were calls not by external market forces, but by internal strategic choices. Hmm. What got them there could not sustain them at the next level, this is what I want you to know and understand. The wall that you keep finding yourself bumping up against right now, that everything that you're trying, that's not producing the results like it used to.
Sure. Some of it might be the market 'cause the market has indeed shifted. And remember, we're gonna be in this market until at least 2028. But what I need you to know and [00:14:00] understand in what most CEOs get wrong is they interpret pruning as punishment. They start asking, what did I do wrong?
When the question that they should be asking is, what is God making room for? Mm. I hope you can see the difference because God is not punishing you. If he is offering you an opportunity to evolve. He is promoting you. The problem is that the promotion requires a version of you that cannot exist until you let the current version go.
Listen, this is not just a teaching moment, this is a mirror. I want you to look in the mirror, and I want you to be honest with yourself. Are you in a pruning season? Are you being asked? To shed what is no longer working so that you can create space and capacity for what God wants to do in you next. Now listen, every pruning season moves through one of five stages.
It's [00:15:00] not a formula, it's a pattern, and I wanna walk you through each and every one of them. Stage one is all about recognition. This is when something starts to feel off. The thing that used to light you up suddenly begins to feel heavy. The clients that used to energize you start to drain you beyond in it is time for another coaching call or a meeting, and you roll your eyes as you look at your calendar.
The calendar that you used to be proud of now feels like a prison. There's not enough white space for you to just sit and do absolutely nothing. Now, you might not know why yet, but something is beginning to shift. Most CEOs sit in recognition for months before they do anything about it. Stage two is resistance.
Resistance is when you feel the misalignment and instead of releasing, you start to work harder. You double down, you retool, you restructure, you.
Try. Anything that you can think of to make the thing you already [00:16:00] know is no longer working. Feel alive again. Resistance. If you haven't guessed, it is exhausting because you are spending enormous amounts of energy trying to resuscitate something that God is trying to retire. Mm. I feel like somebody might need to take a deep breath in.
Go ahead and release. Okay. Stage three is the release. This is the moment when you finally relent and realize that. It is. Okay, you close the program, you go on a gap year in your business. You end that partnership or relationship. You sunset the offer. You release the team members that are not helping you to get three to 10 times their salary in your business's bottom line.
You walk away from the thing that used to define you. Now release is short. It's usually one decision, but the weight of that decision is what made the previous [00:17:00] stage take so long. And so as soon as you lean into release, you feel a lightness, you feel an energy that changes everything, and you finally see the light.
At the end of the tunnel illuminate. Now, you're still afraid. Once you hit the release, there's still some fear, but you're leaning more into your faith than you are your fear, because you already know that they cannot occupy the same space. Stage four is the revelation. Now, revelation is when you start to see what the pruning was for you start to understand why the thing had to go.
Y'all, this was me, all of January. You start to see the space that is being created. Revelation does not arrive immediately after release. However, there is usually a gap and the gap, it can often feel like a void. It can make you second guess and question if you did the right thing. But I don't want you to panic in the gap because the gap is not empty.[00:18:00]
It's a pregnant pause and you know. While you're gestating, right, you know what's happening before you have the baby. You're giving yourself the space to grow healthfully, and that is what you wanna be able to do. And stage five is renewal. Renewal is when the thing starts to grow, when the light is fully on, when the vision is clear, when you, there's new vision.
There's new clients, there's new opportunities, there's new rooms, there's new revenue. Renewal does not look like the old thing with better marketing. Listen. I tried to do that when I first started recalibrating what I wanted my business model to look like. I had to stop myself 'cause I'm like, wait a minute.
You about to recreate what you just wanted, realize you wanted to get rid of It actually looks like something that you could not have built from where you used to stand, and you have to give yourself the time and space. I'm still not fully clear on the vision for the business beginning in 2027, but here's the part that nobody wants to say out loud.[00:19:00]
You can stall out in any of the stages and you can sit in recognition for years and never move. And you can resist so long that you exhaust your faith and you can release and then reach back and grab it again, and you can skip the revelation because you were still too busy to allow it to be in your life.
And if you happen to rush renewal because you are too afraid of the gap. You will cause more problems than good. That's why I'm taking a full year. I was trying to negotiate with myself, telling myself that I would come back and I would launch later this year, but I made the decision that I'm not launching anything in 2026.
I'm giving myself the full year because I deserve it. Now the stages are a map. You're still gonna have to walk. I wanna be very, very clear and specific with you because I don't want you to leave this episode. Feeling like I just outlined another framework for you. I want you to leave looking in the mirror.
So I wanna share with you four ways that [00:20:00] I watch high performing CEOs resist the pruning season that is most necessary for them to go to the next level. And let me be clear, in order to get to the next milestone, you're gonna have to prune. Now, if you see yourself in any, in even one of these. Then you know, you're in a pruning season pattern number one, you are trying to fix what God is ending.
This one is subtle because it looks like faithfulness. It looks like discipline. It looks like a good steward doing good work, but underneath it, if you're being honest, it is fear. You keep tweaking the offer. You keep rebranding the program. You keep trying new marketing, you keep hiring, you keep trying to rework the funnel, not because the strategy is off, but because the season is over and you don't wanna admit what you really need to do. Been there, done that? Guilty? Listen, literally from last July [00:21:00] through December, I was trying to rework the model because I miss her.
God. What he said and what that meant, and what I internalized it as were two different things and it set me down a path that forced me into my gap year, although I needed it in the most important way. And here's what I want you to understand. If you are having this experience, you're not optimizing your resisting.
Okay. Pattern number two, you are adding, instead of releasing, this is the CEO's favorite trap. You feel the misalignment. And instead of subtracting, you begin to add again, guilty. You add a new offer, you add a new team member, you add a new platform, you add a new whatever. You just keep adding, you keep putting strategy on top of strategy, on top of strategy, on top of strategy, on top of strategy.
Well, what you really need to do is strip away. Now you think that praying for more means you gotta carry more, but expansion does [00:22:00] not happen through accumulation. Expansion actually happens through capacity. And guess what? Capacity requires space. You cannot pour anything new into a vessel that is all ready full.
Pattern number three. You are calling it strategy when it is actually fear. Yeah. Been there, done that. Did this one too. This is the one that almost got me because I convinced myself that the reason I was not letting the program go while I was not changing the business model, while I was not doing all the things was strategic.
I had staff to pay. I had commitments that I had made. I had clients midway through programs, and I had a financial runway that I needed to protect. Now, hear me, all of that was true and all of it, much of it, most of it was a shield for the real reason, and [00:23:00] that real reason is that I was afraid of who I would be without it.
Listen, y'all. I literally came home at the end of November. In the month of December, I stalled. I knew I needed to make decisions. I knew I needed to do things, but I was so afraid to do them. Now, if you find yourself with a very long, very reasonable list of why you cannot make the changes that you know you need to make, I want you to sit with this question.
Is it strategy or is this fear wearing a business suit and pattern number four, you are exhausted because you are carrying what you were never meant to take forward. Listen to me very, very carefully. You are not tired because you're doing too much.
You are tired because you are doing too much of what you should have already released y'all. I was literally exhausted. I couldn't even think straight. I know that as we age as women, [00:24:00] perimenopause steps in and we have brain fog. My brain fog had nothing to do with perimenopause. It was exhaustion, and exhaustion is a symptom.
It is the body and the spirit telling you that the weight you are carrying does not belong to the season you are in. If you are operating at 70% capacity and still producing results and you are still exhausted, then guess what? The issue is not your system. The issue is what you have not put down and released.
I wanna invite you to take a breath with me. Listen, the patterns, yeah, they're serious. And if you just recognize yourself in any of the four patterns, I want you to know something You are not failing. You are finally giving yourself permission. To become aware and awareness. That's the first stage of allowing yourself to experience the ability to prune.
[00:25:00] Now, every single one of us has our own way of handling a pruning season based on the way that we are wired, , and the way that you resist pruning is shaped by how you are built to lead. This is why I created the Ascension archetype quiz, and this is why the quiz matters.
Now, if you have not taken the quiz yet, do yourself a favor and take it as soon as possible. Listen, when I tell you, I put my foot in the quiz and it will help you to identify an unearth what is really keeping you from seven figures. Trust and believe if you have the desire for seven figures, seven figures wants to come into your life experience.
If it's not coming, it's because there's something in you that is making it stall. Now, when you take the quiz, you'll learn which of the five archetypes is yours. You might be the performer, the producer, the path maker, the powerhouse or the prophet, but more importantly, you will start a journey towards leveraging your divine wiring to shift the parts of you that are not serving your [00:26:00] next level.
To the tune of seven figures. Here is what I know. You cannot break a pattern that you do not know exists, and that pattern is usually hiding inside of the things that you call strengths inside of your life experience. Now, of the five archetypes, one of them is yours. I'm gonna speak high level about each of the five.
Take the quiz so that you can find out which one I'm talking about you, and we'll talk about this entire season on pruning. If you are a performer, you resist pruning by staying too busy to feel it. Your gift is execution. Your trap is using the execution to avoid the stillness where pruning actually happens Now.
Performers will book more, post more, speak more, sell more. They'll do anything more to keep moving because stillness actually exposes what you do not want to see and do anything about. In this current [00:27:00] season, if you are a producer, you resist pruning by building, you see misalignment and your instinct is to create a system to manage it. You'll build a new structure, you'll build a new process, you'll create a new operational optimization process flow. Listen, you'll do anything you can to solve it instead of surrendering to it, because in your mind, building actually feels like production, and it feels like you're being productive, where surrender feels very dangerous and that sends your nervous system into a tizzy and you don't know any better.
If you are a path maker, you resist pruning by adding, you see 10 possibilities when you need to get somewhere and sit down with just one. You will add a new offer, a new pivot, a new direction. You'll do anything you can to keep your options open because closing a door feels like losing a possibility.
But here's what I need you to understand. Every [00:28:00] door you refuse to close is keeping you in the hallway. You are not getting what it is that you most desire when you're doing all the things. If you're a powerhouse, you resist pruning. By taking control.
You'll see a thing slipping, and your instinct is to grip. It harder. You will step back. You will take over. You will Alize, you'll do anything that you can to make sure that it does not fall apart. Because in your mind, letting go feels like abandoning a part of you or a process or something that you built.
And your identity is based on what it is that you have built. But you have to understand that you cannot build what is next if your hands are still full of what is now. And last, but certainly not least, if you are a prophet, you resist pruning by seeing you see the shift very, very clearly, and you knew it was coming. You can describe it to anyone who asks, but knowing is not the [00:29:00] same as moving. And , you allow yourself to sit with the vision for way too long. Before you actually get into action and do what it is that you were supposed to do and take the first step, because in your mind, sight feels like enough, but let's be honest, it really is not.
Now, every single one of you has a pattern that is running right now, and I need you to understand that you cannot pray your pattern away. You have to see it. You have to name it. And guess what? You have to release it. That's right. You're gonna have to prune.
Now, if you have not taken the quiz yet, take the quiz, I promise you. It's a game changer for your life. Everyone who has taken it, and we've had thousands of people take this quiz, has really stepped in and shared the difference that it makes, and it only takes three minutes. It's completely free, and you will know your archetype before you it.
It is [00:30:00] completely free and it'll give you access to your archetype, which is the beginning of you finally unearthing what is keeping you from seven figures. Go to move to millions quiz.com because the move to millions does not happen to CEOs who do not know how they are wired. And that's what I need you to know and understand.
Now, before we close, I have to say something really, really important because I want you to understand that pruning is actually not the worst thing that will ever happen to you or your business. Pruning is a blessing in disguise, if I can be honest. Now, I'll be honest, it doesn't feel good in the moment because we feel so attached to a specific outcome, but it will change everything.
It is the answer to the prayer that you have been praying. For more than you wanna be honest about. And it is the preparation for the expansion that you have been asking for. And it is the proof that God heard you. And the only thing standing between you and your next level is your willingness to let [00:31:00] what is no longer serving you go so that you can move on to the next.
Trust me, I get it. I totally get it. I get it more than you know, because I was literally doing this dance. I wanted to evolve into the next version of myself, but I was so afraid to leave the previous version behind because that's the version everyone knew. But I want you to think about it this way. It what if it's preventing you from getting to what you need?
And that thing is actually what's stopping you from feeling safe. Okay. That is why I created my program Sanctuary, because here's what I know. Until you feel safe and secure in your relationships with yourself, with money, with wealth and leadership, your move to millions is in jeopardy. And I created sanctuary as a container to help you to find the level of safety that matches your calling and your desire.
Now, sanctuary is not a program that I built because I didn't have anything better to do. [00:32:00] Sanctuary is a container that I built because it's what I most needed. I needed it more than the clients that we are serving inside of it right now in our beta program, I learned the hard way that strategy alone cannot carry you through a pruning season.
I learned that you need a place, a safe place. You need a set of practices. You need to understand the body, the body and business connection that is threatening your ability to get to your next level. And you need to be with people who understand how to sit with you in the gap between the release and the renewal without trying to fix you.
That is what Sanctuary is all about. And while right now sanctuary is being built, the wait list is open. And I wanna invite you, if you finally wanna get to the place where you feel safe in every possible way to bring your next level into your life experience. I wanna invite you to get on the [00:33:00] wait list.
Sanctuaries for CEOs who are done performing for their success and ready to feel safe receiving it. And you will hear me talk more and more about sanctuary as my gap year goes along because it's not open for you right now, but you can get on the wait list. Now. I am gonna invite you to do the work inside of this series to learn where it is that you need to prune.
And I want you, if you feel called, I want you to go and take the quiz to learn how you're wired and allow that divine wiring to put you in position to not only prune, but to set yourself up to become the sanctuary. All right, so three quick assignments for you this week. Number one, take the Ascension archetype quiz at move to millions quiz.com.
I want you to know how you are wired. Number two, I want you to write down one thing that you already know you are resisting. Letting go of. Don't try to solve for it, just name it. .
Three. Share this episode with one CEO that you [00:34:00] know is stuck in resistance. Sometimes people need someone to hand them a mirror. So say this with me. I release what no longer aligns with my next level. I trust my pruning season. I am not being punished. I am being prepared. I cannot wait for the next episode in this series.
In the next episode, we are gonna talk about what happens. When the cut comes without warning, when you don't know that God is about to do something to change everything, here's what I know when you did not see it coming.
When the contract disappeared, when the client decided not to renew, when the strategy stopped working cold Turkey. But I want you to understand that not every disruption is an attack. Some disruptions are divine redirection, and if you cannot tell the difference, then you wanna make sure you join me in the next episode.
'cause I'm gonna tell [00:35:00] you what you need to know so that you cannot spend months trying to figure out how to fix something that God is trying to retire. I'll see you in our next episode, if this episode was for you, then I want you to do me a favor.
Take a screenshot of however you listen. Share it in your stories on Instagram, and tag me and let me know which of the four resistance patterns is the one that you have identified for yourself. Listen, acknowledgement is the first sign, and it gets easier from here. And remember, millions are your birthright. And to access them, you need only move. I'll see you next time. Take care.
