Ep 400: Season Six Recap: Becoming a Sanctuary

Ep 400: Season Six Recap: Becoming a Sanctuary
When the vision is big, the vessel has to be fortified. Season Six was my fortification.
Darnyelle Jervey Harmon
Episode description

This episode is powered by SANCTUARY, the sacred recalibration for high-achieving CEOs who are ready to feel safe with leadership, safe with success, safe with their identity, and—most importantly—safe with money and wealth. Sanctuary is where the next season of you begins. “Your business will always expose what you haven’t healed."

This season wasn’t about performance. It was about presence. About becoming. About finally choosing to embody what I teach—that success that costs you your soul isn’t success at all. Season Six was the moment I stopped running… and started resting inside of myself.

In this intimate season recap, I’m not giving you a traditional highlight reel. I’m sharing the truth behind the scenes—the surrender, the softness, the sacred recalibration that changed everything. I talk about the burnout I had to acknowledge, the blind spots that surfaced, and the resistance that revealed the deeper work God is still doing in me.

This is the real story behind the slower launches, the quieter growth, and the massive internal expansion that became the birthplace of SANCTUARY.

This is for every CEO who's in transition, who's hearing God whisper “slow down,” and who needs a reminder that recalibration is still movement. If you've ever asked, "Why is this taking so long?" or "Why don’t I feel safe in my own success?" this episode is your mirror and your medicine.

I’m not here to give you a highlight reel. I’m here to give you the real of what it looks like when God develops your character to match your calling.

If you’ve ever felt like you were behind… if you’ve ever watched God slow down your plans to speed up your purpose… if you’re in the middle of a recalibration that doesn’t make sense yet—this episode will remind you that you are not alone, and you are not off course. If you've been navigating recalibration, stillness, nervous system tension, spiritual stretching, money leaks, burnout, identity dissonance, or the call to step out of being a “moment” and finally embody your movement—this conversation will meet you exactly where your spirit has been whispering. This is the Season Six recap, but it is also your prophetic roadmap into 2026—overflow, alignment, safety, identity, sanctuary, seven-figure embodiment, regulated leadership, divine timing and the spiritual architecture of scaling.

Here’s the truth: You can’t hold legacy until you can hold yourself. And you can’t lead others to overflow if your nervous system is still surviving. God isn’t rushing you. He’s anchoring you. And what He builds through you will last longer, reach farther, and bless more because of the season that slowed you down

You’ll walk with permission to redefine success as safety and sustainability, new language for your recalibration season—without shame and spiritual, somatic, and strategic insights for becoming your own sanctuary.

✔ How to honor your body’s need for rest without self-sabotaging growth

✔ How to shift from external productivity to internal alignment
✔ How to let go of timelines and trust the divine pace of your evolution

✔And so much more

This episode is a call to stop glorifying the grind and start honoring the grace. To build your business at the speed of your body. To stop chasing alignment and finally become the alignment. It’s an invitation into a new rhythm—where regulation and revelation replace the rush. Where your wealth is a reflection of your wholeness. And where you become the sanctuary that holds your next level.

This is your invitation to witness my process, and reflect on your own. You’re not behind—you’re being refined. This episode will shift how you see your delays, redefine how you measure growth, and remind you that becoming a sanctuary is the secret to building a business that can hold more without costing you everything.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:02:41]:
All. I am so excited to be back with you and this episode is our closeout of season six. And as we prepare to close out season six, I really want you to settle in because this episode is not just a recap, it is a revelation. This entire year has been so amazing and everything that I've done this year is going to culminate into Sanctuary. The movement that God is shaping in me and has been shaping through me all year. So if you've Been feeling the stretch, the stillness, the recalibration, and the quiet conviction that something in you is shifting. Then this episode is going to speak directly to your spirit. Now, there are years when you set the pace and then there are years when God sets the pace for you.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:03:36]:
And this is one of those years. For me. It's a year that did not unfold the way that I expected. It's a year that asked more of my heart than any other part of my life. It's a year that really turned down the volume so that I could really hear what heaven has been saying and whispering to me all along. And I'm so excited for everything that this year has been. Even though this year has been a doozy for me. I can't speak for you, but I can tell you that for me, it's been a lot.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:04:17]:
And it's been a lot for a myriad of reasons. And I will get into some of them inside of this episode. Now, if you listen to the show often, then you already know that I am no stranger to hearing from God. And typically when God speaks to me, he drops a one liner that wrecks shop, right? That just kind of takes me out of my game and makes me say, wait, what? I remember back in 2019 when I was driving down the road and he hit me with I will let them live on whatever level they settle for. I remember vividly in 2020 when I got moved to millions. And that is what started started this level of the work and this podcast. In 2021, I got God Girls making Millions. And that got me really excited because at that time there was no one talking about women of faith who were making serious bank, who knew that they didn't have to choose.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:05:11]:
In 2022, I got the effort won't make the millions embodiment will in the shower and really started honing in on the importance of being overdoing. In 2023, I got prepare for rain again, because if your fields aren't prepared, the rain can't come. And in 2024, God dropped the real doozy on me, if I'm being honest. And that was something big is about to happen, right? Oh my gosh, something big is about to happen. Have you ever been to church and the preacher drops a word that makes your spirit leap? I'm talking about the moment the words are out of their mouth, you are up off your feet, you are running around the church, right? And if you haven't experienced it personally, you've definitely seen it, right? You tune everything else out. You don't hear what he says next. You got that word. It made your spirit leap.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:06:05]:
You are off to the races. You know that. You know that. You know that that word is for you. Yeah, that was me. That's exactly what happened to me. When God says something big was about to happen. And I have to be honest with y', all, I'm coming clean.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:06:20]:
In this final episode of season six, I missed the rest of what he said. You know how they say hindsight is 20 20? Well, it is. Because in reflection, I went back to that word. Every time a guy speaks to me, I record it. And I noticed that there was more to it. So what God said in full was, something big is about to happen, but I am going to shake the tree to uproot everything that isn't rooted to your next level before it does. Yeah, your girl totally missed the second part. And now when I think about everything that has transpired since he told me that last November, it all makes so much sense.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:07:01]:
And it's also in reflection has taught me to stop getting excited at the first part of the word. Sit with the totality of the word before springing into action. Here's what I mean. Earlier this year when God said, it's time to shift from moment to movement. Oops. Brittany. I did it again. I didn't fully understand it.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:07:22]:
I got so excited. I made an assumption that it meant go big scale my company, build a bigger team, shift infrastructure, because we were going to be out there real big creating a movement. And I took it to mean to do all the things because, yeah, why wouldn't it mean that, right? So I started putting all the things in place. And if I'm being honest, I wasn't really feeling it. But I was committed to being obedient, so I went with it anyway. But as time passed, as I started to travel, as I. Some of the decisions that I made in the assumption started to really show themselves. I had to take the time to get still, to really deepen and hear what God was saying.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:08:03]:
Here's the part of business ownership no one warns you about. You can hit every goal, raise your prices, sign the clients, and still feel unsure, overwhelmed, or unprepared for the success that you are creating. And until you become confident in your relationship with yourself, with success, and with money, you will always feel one big moment away from it all collapsing. That tension you've been carrying, the second guessing, the hesitation, the pressure you can't quite explain, that isn't a strategy problem. It's a capacity problem. And Capacity is exactly what Sanctuary rebuilds. Sanctuary is the six month recalibration for high achieving CEOs who look successful on the outside but don't feel secure on the inside. It's where you strengthen your identity, deepen your alignment and expands your ability to hold more without the fear of breaking under the weight of your own brilliance.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:08:59]:
If you're done pretending confidence and ready to actually embody it in your choices, in your money, in your leadership, and absolutely in your next level, it's time to enter the Sanctuary. Get all the details to enroll now at incredible1 enterprises.com forward/sanctuary. Hey, I hate to interrupt the goodness that's happening right now in this episode, but I need you to do me a quick favor. If this episode is blessing your life and business right now, will you take a few moments and rate and review the show? Your words help more millions minded entrepreneurs find us and step into their next level. All right, thank you so much. Let's get back into the conversation because we're just getting started. And it was then that what he meant actually became undeniable. Sidebar Listen when you get a word from God before you get into action.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:09:56]:
Because listen, I get it. God will give you more while you're moving than he ever will when you stand still. But stand still long enough to have a very clear understanding of the word you've been given and the actions that you are meant to take so you can save yourself some of the hassle, the frustration, the misalignment that might ensue if you misinterpret what he said. You know, the Bible says to lean not into your own understanding and in all your ways to acknowledge him so he can direct your path. I'm being so honest and transparent when I tell you I made the assumption we all know what assuming does and I got into action. What I love about God though is that he doesn't hold you to a misinterpretation. He gives you opportunities to reflect, recalibrate and get back on track. And so during my birthday trip, which I'm gonna break down to you in a whole minute, it was so juicy.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:10:55]:
Good. I cannot wait to tell you many of the lessons that I learned from traveling this year. Here's what God actually meant. Again, the edict is still shift from moment. You've been a moment I called you to be a movement. But here's what I realized. Helping people get to seven figures is a moment they get there and then for them it's that like it's the pinnacle. I did it I achieved the impossible.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:11:21]:
The moment has happened. The moment is a moment in history of their business journey. But it is just that it is a moment. And listen, I get it because I've helped 82 people so far experience this moment. But let's be all the way real that it is indeed just a moment. But living into the call on my life, really resting in the significance of my anointing. That is how we create a movement. Because equipping people to become and feel safe with money, safe with wealth, safe with success, safe with their identity, and safe in their relationship with God.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:12:04]:
That is a movement. That is legacy, that is something that will breathe and live on. And all of this, it has got to be about legacy. And I'm realizing now that that is where God has been leading me all year. And because I took a break and I tuned my ear to listen, I got out of my comfort zone. I left the country and went to an entirely different environment. I finally got the message and I'm so grateful. Season six became the mirror of all of that.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:12:35]:
We explored identity. We experienced the nervous system and safety. We explored capacity and overflow and the emotional cost of experience expansion. And while I was teaching all of these principles, God was simultaneously walking me through the very principles. This year, every time God called me to get out of my comfort zone, go somewhere different, I got another piece of the revelation. And I know I've shared, if you've been listening, I've shared pieces about the various trips that I've taken. And as we recap this year in this culmination episode, like I'm just breaking down, all that really revealed itself to me, which was just.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:13:18]:
So eye opening and amazing. Now, if you recall, in late 2024, a lot of things really shifted inside of the business. And I had a period of time where I was feeling uncertain and I was feeling a little lost, if I'm being honest. And during that time in, you know, prayer, I never disconnected from God. And in that time in prayer, I remember waking up in March and God saying, I need you to come and spend time with me. And that was when I asked and said, where? And he said, come to Sedona. Now, if you know anything about Sedona, it is a vortex. One of the.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:14:01]:
There are apparently there are five centers in the world where the Spirit, the emergence and the convergence of the Spirit is really, really high, high. And when I drove into Sedona, I could immediately feel the presence of God and, and can feel my vibration shifting as the altitude change. So my first stop was Sedona. Sedona is where clarity found me. It stripped away all of the noise, all of the static, the expectations, and the pressure that I didn't even realize that I was still carrying over what happened at the end of the year. Sedona reminded me that leaders don't just need strategy. Leaders need space. And in that space, I was able to hear God clearly for the first time in a long time, other than the regular messages that he gives me when we interact and relate on a daily basis.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:15:02]:
And what he said is that you cannot pour from a crowded spirit. So in Sedona, I was able to experience in an internal reset. I was able to reconnect with my inner child. I was able to heal and really deepen the relationship that I have with little Darnyelle. It was so powerful. It remains powerful. I stay connected to my inner child. I communicate with her and make sure she feels safe on a regular basis.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:15:36]:
It was in Sedona that I really was able to synthesize, like, the. The brain knowledge of resetting your cellular memory to remove the patterns of lack and the actual integration of working with practitioners to reset your cellular memory. And I learned how to help my clients reset their cellular memory. Because, in case you don't know, you know, when we're born, we're only born with a subconscious mind. And our conscious mind is formed based on everything we take in. We're literally a sponge. And your subconscious mind takes everything you present to it as if it's the truth. And so many of the things you believe today are actually not true.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:16:21]:
It's just what's been consistently presented to your subconscious. And so it's created patterns to support you and keep you safe around those beliefs that aren't even really true. And so being in Sedona, being set apart, being in a place where, you know, there was no television in my hotel room. And I requested it that way because who doesn't put TVs in hotels, right? But that was my request because that was part of the mandate from God that I go out there and I set apart, and I connect and commune with him with myself. I get in touch with myself. And so when I experienced that internal reset and I came back, I had so much more vigor and clarity about the call, right? And then next.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:17:13]:
I was called to go to Thailand. Now I had a client and friend who was going, and she was like, you need to come. And I was like, you are probably right. I do need to come. At first, I was a little nervous and afraid. I had never Traveled to Asia, you know. But I also believe that when fear shows up, it's an indication that your next level is present. And so as I sat with the invitation, I knew right away that I needed to go.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:17:42]:
I'm so glad I did, because Thailand, it allowed me to soften. It really allowed me to breathe. It was the place where my nervous system began to exhale. And I knew this before, but I came to know it when I was in Thailand, that rest is strategy. Rest is literally strategy. And here's the thing. Science confirms this, right? Research shows that creativity increases by up to 60% after intentional rest or travel. McKinsey reports that regulated leaders make decisions 31% faster and with greater accuracy.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:18:23]:
And the American Institute of Stress tells us that 83% of workers feel overwhelmed with entrepreneurs bearing the highest load of that. And so in Thailand, I learned about capacity, and specifically that capacity is not expanded through doing more. Capacity is expanded by becoming more regulated, more grounded, and more aligned. And Thailand was when I started to really see my capacity expansion. Now, let's be clear. Thailand is also where I got the you've been a moment. You're called to be a movement, and misinterpreted the word. So even in my.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:19:03]:
My moment of expansion, and this is what I want you to catch, the revelation does not automatically create the regulation. Let me say that again for the people in the back. The revelation does not automatically create the regulation. And because just like when God says something big is about to happen, my spirit left. I started running around and missed the rest of the word when I heard moment to movement and immediately sprung into action with what I thought, leaning into my own understanding, I missed what God really meant. And so I went to work on a false assumption of what he actually meant. And this is what I want you to catch. This is why this work is so important.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:19:55]:
This is why being in community with people, this is why understanding the need to give yourself time and space is so essential. Listen, I don't know how your life is, but I absolutely, unequivocally know how Darnyelle's life is. And Darnyelle's life is full to the brim. There is always something. And I had a startling revelation on my birthday trip. Like, I don't know that I would have ever, prior to being away, set aside in Bali and then Singapore, I don't know that I would have ever used the words burnt out. Because what I've always told myself, and maybe you've done the same thing. I've always told myself that when you love what you do, you're not working.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:20:43]:
And I love what I do, y'. All. I love it. But what I realized when I finally let my spirit settle in Bali.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:20:55]:
Is that your girl was tired. And not tired from hustling in the traditional sense. Because I, you know, I, I sleep eight hours every night. Like, I believe in living in the eight. Something I learned from Brian Tracy a million years ago. Eight hours to sleep, eight hours to work, eight hours to enjoy your life. I believe in that. And so I never felt hurried.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:21:17]:
I never felt like I was grinding it out because I don't work 12, 14, 16 hour days. But here's what I realized. Burnout isn't just working 12, 14, 16 hour days. It is literally having no spaciousness to expand your capacity and just get somewhere and sit down. Like my nanny used to say, I literally have a full calendar at almost all times. That is not a badge of honor. That is not worthy of celebration. That is living into the way this country prioritizes work.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:21:53]:
Right? You've heard me say this before. Whenever we celebrate someone who's accomplished anything, we always say, oh, I'm so proud of you. You worked so hard. We glorify working hard, working. We glorify fullness. We get excited. We have all scrolled and seen someone bragging about being booked and busy. And we get excited.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:22:17]:
We say things like, oh, I can't wait until I'm booked and busy. Yeah, I'm not interested in being booked and busy. I want space. I want a gap. Yes, there is a reason your strategy feels stalled. Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:23:33]:
Sanctuary. One of the things I heard from God while I was in, I think I was once I got to Singapore Actually, I heard God say gap year. And we know the concept of gap year, right? Because kids graduate from high school, they take a year off before they go to college. But as adults, how often do we think gap year or even sabbaticals? Like, I took a month off. A little less than a month, if we're being honest. And that wasn't enough. It was not enough space. And as I came back, I'm trying to figure out how to find the gap, how to create the gap so that I have the spaciousness that I need, because I don't need to do all the things and be all the things.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:24:16]:
I think in the past, I was trying to be all the things and do all the things.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:24:22]:
But I'm so clear after my time away that that's not who I'm supposed to be. All right, so birthday trip came next. Again, I was initially supposed to go to Korea, Bali, and Singapore. The Korea leg of the trip got canceled because of all the flight delays. But in Bali and Singapore, things became full circle. Bali really awakened me. It introduced me to a culture where abundance is not the goal. It is the way everyone lives.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:24:49]:
Okay, y', all.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:24:52]:
I was so blown away by this revelation, and I might do another episode completely about this, but I just want to give you at least a touch of it. I had been doing my research and my due diligence and talking to people who, you know, have been to Bali. Love Bali. What do I do when I get there? Right? And so I organized my two weeks in Bali based on recommendations that I got from other people. I, of course, perused the Internet and looked at the blogs and what the travelers say, what you should do, and blah, blah, blah. And so when I got there, I booked a tour to to do all the things one has to do when they're in Bali. Like, that was important. There was a couple of things I didn't get to do because, like, the gate of heaven was closed.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:25:35]:
So was disappointed that I didn't get to do that. But anyway. And I remember having my driver take me to the Money Changer, and so I went to the Money Changer. I had read online that you don't really need to change a lot of your money because they take credit cards everywhere. Not American Express, but they do take credit cards everywhere. But anyway, so I went to the Money Changer. I gave them a $50 bill, US$50. And what they gave back to me was 800,070 Indonesia rupiahs.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:26:11]:
Y'. All. I almost swallowed my tongue.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:26:16]:
And I was like, oh, God, I'm just gonna let this ruminate for a minute.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:26:21]:
And then I'm gonna really process what just happened.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:26:26]:
And as I process what just happened, this is what. What came to me. First of all, my relationship with millions instantly shifted because US$50 was $870,000. So approximately $70 US is a million rupiah.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:26:48]:
And I was like, wow, I got to go look this up.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:26:53]:
Because what I learned when I went and looked it up.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:26:59]:
In Indonesia.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:27:02]:
The lower middle class are millionaires.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:27:09]:
Millions are normal there. They're expected. They're integrated into everyday life.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:27:18]:
In Bali, in Singapore, maybe even throughout all of Asia. There is no homelessness. There is no poverty. It's actually against the law. And the government supports the their people living in and normalizing access to abundance.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:27:34]:
One of the things I know from the work that I do and all of the time and energy that I spend on money and helping people to feel safe with money.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:27:44]:
Is that the faster you normalize and create a baseline for millions, the quicker they show up. That was a game changer. And again, I'm going to. I'm still noodling on it, so there's probably going to be more that I share. But that was just the first part of the revelation. In Bali, like the culture, the people, they are abundant people. There were no panhandlers trying to get me to book this tour or do that thing. There was only energy and expectation of the abundance that they are indeed accustomed to.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:28:19]:
Oh, if you feel that in your spirit, tag me in a story as you are listening to this episode. Because millions are normal there because it's expected and integrated into everyday life. They do everything differently. They move with such confidence and benevolence in every step that they take. It was to be desired. It really was. And when I did the bally swing photo shoot that really sealed everything suspended over the beauty and the splendor of God. Looking out in the lush hills of Ubud, I felt overflow literally overtaking me.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:29:04]:
And I heard the instructions so clearly. God said, if you want what's next, create the space. Create the capacity. Slow down so you can receive it. Oh, child, talk about a spirit leaping.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:29:23]:
Literally, y', all, I'm in the swing.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:29:28]:
I'm being pushed and swinging out into the abundance of green and lush and overflow. It is so amazing.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:29:44]:
And it is literally taking my breath away as God is encouraging me to take the gap and find the space to create the capacity for the big that's about to happen. Oh, my goodness, y'. All.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:30:02]:
I'm literally blown away in tears, super excited and wanting to fly all at the same moment.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:30:13]:
And the beach in Bali equally as sentimental. As I went to the beach club and I stayed in an Airbnb when I was in at the beach in Bali. And so it was like a 15 minute walk to the beach, which was just amazing. And then to get to the beach and to go into one of the beach clubs and to rent a cabana for the day and be waited on hand and foot for a million rupiah, I was literally dropping a milli a day like it was nothing, cuz it was nothing. Money is an energy that is always here and always available.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:30:53]:
And then I got to Singapore and Singapore reinforced the same message. Through structure, through excellence, through precision, and through the normalization of wealth woven into the fabric of everyday life. There was no apology for their abundance. There was no shame in overflow. It was just alignment. Was literally just alignment. Like reinforcing that it is against the law to be homeless or in poverty. And that in working in just for five years in Singapore, then they give you your own home, they start to create financial legacy for their citizens.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:31:31]:
Oh my gosh. The normalization I saw clearly why God called me to Asia first to go to Thailand and then called me back to Southeast Asia in Bali and in Singapore. And I want to go back like I want to go to Malaysia and the Philippines and like just all of these other places that I want to go and experience to see how much more God reveals to me other than what he's already revealed. And he's revealed so much to fill my life so fully. Across Sedona, Thailand and Bali and Singapore, God revealed three truths that carried me in.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:32:14]:
Carried me home, first and foremost, and will carry me into my next decade. Like the fact that this trip was orchestrated to begin at the start of my 50th. Oh my gosh. So first, the shift from moment to movement. Again, the work is not just just help entrepreneurs earn more. It's to equip them to become the kind of leaders who can hold more without collapse, without contraction and without fear. Second, God showed me that you must go where you are unknown to hear him fully. Familiar environments breed autopilot.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:32:46]:
But when you step into the unfamiliar, your spirit becomes open, surrendered and ready to receive revelations in ways it simply cannot at home. And third, he showed me that wealth is in all forms. Health, money, love, clarity, joy. It magnifies in stillness, not motion, not effort, not pressure, stillness, space, capacity.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:33:13]:
But before I move on, I want to talk about something Else that came up this year in my work that made a difference. And I believe it will tie all of this in and what we continue to do. Because this was a big part. You know that part of the reason for this episode is the recap, right? To give us a year in review, this year we revealed the Ascension archetype to the world. I don't know if you've taken the Ascension Archetypes quiz yet. The link is in the show notes. You need to take the quiz. It is going to help you to understand how you are divinely wired.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:33:52]:
And as you go through the various tools that I've created to support, once you know your archetype, it will really create a deepening experience for you to come face to face with who you are. Who you are be so that you can remember, right? I believe that all you need, you already have. Shout out to Lafern Beatty, my very first coach. She had the Atonaya principle and that's what that stands for. All that I need, I already have. Adonaya. It's all within you. We just need the spaciousness, the capacity and the safety.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:34:29]:
To remember. So that you can remember that you are a queen. So that you can remember that you are above and not beneath. You are the head and not the tail. That you are fearfully and wonderfully made. That you have the power to create wealth. That you can do exceeding and abundant above all you could ever ask for, think or imagine according to the power that is at work within you. To remember that you are created in God's image and likeness.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:34:56]:
That you are given power, authority and dominion over all things. To remember. To sit in the significance of remembering who God already said that you are.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:35:11]:
That is what you need. And by helping you to understand your divine wiring where you sabotage and the biggest shifts you need to make to lean back into being who God approved you to be before you were formed in your mother's womb. And you need the Ascension archetypes. So if you've been following along, then you already know this framework is changing lives because for the first time, people can see their identity pattern and how that has been shaping their relationship with money, their relationship with success, their relationship with leadership, and their relationship with safety. Now each of us moves through the world with our own energetic wiring that forms how we respond to opportunity, how we handle pressure, and and how we expand into abundance. This is just a real quick overview. The performer leads through inspiration and presence. The producer leads through action and achievement.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:36:07]:
The Pathmaker leads through vision and innovation. The powerhouse leads through strength and decisiveness. And the profit leads through intuition and spiritual authority. But here's the part that most people miss. Your archetype doesn't just shape your leadership style. It shapes your nervous system capacity. It shapes your relationship with receiving, your relationship with money, your relationship with stress, your relationship with safety. It shapes how your body responds when abundance increases all around you.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:36:42]:
It determines whether success feels safe or stressful, and whether overflow feels like opportunity or obligation. And whether you can expand freely or you're going to brace subconsciously. This year, as I traveled and rested and reflected in the small moments and listened, God showed me something really profound. Your archetype holds the key to your expansion, but it also holds the key to your stall. And when you understand your archetype, you understand why you strive. You understand why you shrink or surge. You understand why some seasons feel aligned while others feel heavy. You understand the internal patterns that your strategy alone cannot fix.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:37:32]:
And that is why the Ascension archetypes is such an important part of this next season of my work as we lean into Sanctuary. Because you don't rise by force. You rise by identity. You rise when your body, your beliefs and your behaviors are aligned with who you were designed to be. So as we step into season seven and beyond here on the podcast, you're going to hear me to talk even more about these archetypes. Because once you understand your wiring, you will no longer be confused by your patterns. You'll actually become empowered by them.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:38:13]:
I believe that everything that transpired this year happened for a reason. Right? We already know that our steps are ordered.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:38:21]:
And every revelation that I've experienced, it wasn't random. Even my misinterpretation and assumptions that I made based on the revelations, they weren't random. Everything that I've done, good, bad or indifferent, had to be done because they all parlay into my next assignment. And being able to stand boldly flat footed, 10 toes down and serving through Sanctuary.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:38:48]:
I am so excited for Sanctuary. This episode will be live as we open the doors for Sanctuary. So you will be able to. If this peaks anything in your spirit, you'll be able to enroll while our cart is open for this inaugural launch of this brand new program. Brand new as its own program, but the. The works in it, the exercises, I've been doing them with clients in our proximity. Mastermind, right. I actually first sensed the need for sanctuary back in 2022, right after the rebrand.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:39:24]:
Right after all of that. And that's when we really started to integrate somatic and nervous system and Work into our mastermind. I watched brilliant CEOs build their seven figure business while their bodies were still bracing for struggle and scarcity. I saw leaders achieving success that they couldn't emotionally or spiritually hold. I saw money coming in while safety was leaking out. But last year, the urgency intensified. And this year, God opened the space for the birthing. Now, sanctuary is not a program.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:39:56]:
It is the evolution of my work. It is where strategy meets spirituality. It is where the soul comes online and comes alive. It is where identity meets embodiment. Where the nervous system meets abundance, maybe for the very first time. Where success meets safety. It is how I move from moment to movement. So I'm excited about doing the work of Sanctuary as we end season six.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:40:22]:
Here's what I want to leave you with. You are not delayed. You are being developed. You are not losing momentum. You are being prepared for more. Whatever 2025 was for you, I know that this year was very different in the history of the last five years, right? It's very different. And if you just started your business around COVID 19, you have no idea how to navigate the kind of market that we are in now. And it probably has heightened your level of safety.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:40:55]:
It has probably put your nervous system on high alert. It has probably made you not feel safe, which is why you keep pivoting and rebranding and trying to do all the things because you don't feel safe.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:41:10]:
But I want you to know that you are not being stretched for nothing. You are being stretched to create capacity. This was the year God interrupted my pace.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:41:25]:
So that he could get me in position to expand my capacity. And so as we enter the new year, as we enter season seven, you will see more of me. Not just the strategist, not just the CEO, but the woman God is forming in real time. The movement requires I be transparent. The next level requires radical honesty and complete truth. And I am so committed to showing up in both. Sanctuary is what's next. I'm so excited that season six is now complete and the movement is ready to begin.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:42:05]:
I want to thank you for hanging with me during season six. I want to invite you in the weeks that we will be off preparing for season six seven to just go back and re listen. And if you want to know where you should go and what you should listen to, you should listen to the Legacy led CEO series. You should listen to the Playing big series. You should listen to the for the Love of Money series. Those three series of all the work that I did this year on the show were the three that I believe will really help you to begin to lean into the shift. We just finished holding the seven figure Shift three day workshop which was amazing. Three days.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:42:45]:
Day one was the stall, day two was the striving and day three was the shift. Amazing to have hundreds of entrepreneurs and small business owners from all over register to participate in this powerful, powerful training. And it was a culmination to open up the doors of Sanctuary. So to learn more about Sanctuary, to see whether or not it's for you as you move into your next season. As we come out of the year of the Open Door and we move into the year where Heaven and earth align, then I want to invite you to take a look at Sanctuary. Because I believe that until you feel safe in your relationship with yourself, with money and wealth, with success and leadership, your move to millions is in jeopardy. And Sanctuary was designed to bring you into the safety so that you can remember everything God gave you before you were formed in your mother's womb. I love you guys so much.

Darnyelle Jervey Harmon [00:43:49]:
