But she’s gone through a lot over the last year and in spite of that, she still runs a million dollar company. This is the inspiration I want you to draw. I believe that the setbacks are set ups for a comeback. And when you recognize your destiny, the distractions, the derailments, the disruptions, they will not impede your ability to be primed and positioned to sit in the significance of your next level. That’s what I took away from my conversation with Crystal. And when I think about you, when I think about what has been happening in 2024 in our businesses, the marketplace is going crazy right now.

People are abandoning their businesses. They’re burning them down. They’re shutting them down. They’re being forced out of business because they don’t understand the ebbs and the flows of business and the marketplace. No, we are no longer in a growth market. In a growth market, yes, you can say hello and make money online. But in a mature market, which is where we are back to following Covid-19 it’s going to take more. It’s going to take more discernment from you as a CEO to show up more fully and demonstrate your expertise for your most ideal clients to say yes to themselves through you.

Gone are the days of the Okie doke. The charlatans of the marketplace are now being driven out because they cannot sustain, because there was no substance to their credibility. Now, but for those of you who are tried and true, your real ones, your day ones, your ability to shift and change lives and businesses and solve and clear problems is going to be the way that you ride through this market, if you are careful. And so, listening into the conversation with Crystal, how, despite all of the distractions, she’s still anchored into a business that serves her and serves her well and puts her in position to be able to deal with the things that has come up.
